The Hotel• The ATM is located on the Ground Floor of the office tower building. The local currency is UAE

Dirhams. Some foreign Currency can be exchanged at Reception and all major credit cards are

accepted

• The Business Centre is on the 2nd floor. It’s open from 8am – 6pm

• Courier services are available via the concierge desk

• A floral service is available via housekeeping and an additional floral boutique is located in the

Office Tower lobby on the Ground Floor

• Luggage can be stored in a secure luggage room at reception. For assistance with this, please

contact reception. For lost luggage or personal belongings, please contact the operator. If you find

an item, kindly inform reception or the operator

• Laundry and dry cleaning services are available. Please WhatsApp or contact housekeeping

• We love animals, but with the exception of guide dogs – they are not permitted within the hotel

The Serious Stuff• For emergencies within the hotel, please dial 7777 from any landline to connect directly to the

hotel’s emergency line. For any emergencies when outside of the premises please dial 999

• The hotel evacuation alarm will sound in case of an emergency. The elevators will automatically

deactivate. Fire exits are located in the middle of each hallway of the guest corridors – please

familiarize yourself with this in case you need to evacuate and locate it when dark or smoky.

An evacuation chart is on the back of each room and suite door – this will indicate where the

extinguishers, fire exits and assembly points are located

• The emergency assembly point is at the front of the hotel on the grass area in front of Sheikh

Zayed Road. The route to this point will vary depending on your location so please refer to the

evacuation chart

• In case of a medical emergency, please contact the operator. A doctor can be called for

severe cases. Hospital visits can also be arranged. The hotel is not liable for any incidents with

professional healthcare providers

• If you notice a suspicious package or item within the hotel premises, please alert a security guard

or member of staff. Likewise, if you notice any suspicious behaviour, please alert a member of

the team

They will be required to bring a form of UAE approved ID (passport or National ID).

• Each guest room and suite has a telephone – if the red light on your phone is flashing,

it’s a message for you. Please dial 48 to retrieve it. To connect to another room at the

hotel, dial 4 followed by the room number (add ‘0’ after ‘4’ if the room number

you are trying to connect to is just 3 digits (40)). Dial 9 before dialling external

phone numbers. The local dialling code is 00971. External phone calls are

• Dubai is home to many sports clubs and facilities. From world famous golf courses, to tennis

courts frequented by world famous athletes – get in touch with concierge to find out more

• Renowned for its year-round sunshine and warm weather, temperature in Dubai during the

summer can soar, so do take precautions when out and don’t forget to drink plenty of fluids and

avoid direct exposure to the sun around noontime

• Whilst many other religions are practiced in the UAE, it is a Muslim country and the laws are as

such. It is important to be aware of the rules and traditions and to respect them at all times.

• Alcohol can only be served and consumed in licensed outlets and anti-social behaviour related to

alcohol is not tolerated

• You should observe the dress codes of the places you are visiting. Modest clothing should be

worn out of respect for the local community, however normal swimwear can be worn around the

swimming pool and on most beaches

• Public displays of affection are not permitted in the UAE

• During the holy month of Ramadan, guests are advised to refer to the factsheet to familiarize

themselves with the rules during this period

• If you find yourself in a legal situation, our concierge team can provide the contact details for your

local consulate

Getting Around• Valet parking is complimentary for hotel guests. Please stamp your valet ticket at reception to

redeem this service

• RTA Taxis can be taken from the front side entrance of the hotel – the rate structure is displayed

inside the vehicle

LifestyleSWIMMING POOLImmerse yourself in our temperature-controlled swimming pool, relax by the pool or enjoy a refreshing beverage. If you want to learn to swim or take your swimming to an advanced level, our onsite swimming instructor is on hand to conduct lessons. The pool is open daily from 7am – 9pm and is located on the 4th floor.

HEALTH CLUBQuantum Health Club is a hub of fitness and wellness experiences. A large gym stocked with state-of-the-art equipment – including Technogym balancing, strengthening, cardio and resistance training machines - provides a base from which to work out, stretch and engage in a personal training session with our on-site professionals.

The LES MILLS™ Virtual studio is an urban space equipped with a floor-to-ceiling screen which broadcasts a wide selection of LES MILLS™ workouts. Adjacent to this is a PELOTON studio containing some of the world’s most interactive bicycle equipment. You can now measure the effectiveness of your ride using defined resistance and specific cadence.

The gym is open daily from 6am to 10pm and is located on the 4th floor.

MANDARA SPAMandara Spa is a sanctuary of Balinese wellness. It has 10 treatment rooms including two couples’ suites, as well as separate male and female changing facilities – each including a thermal and hydrotherapy steam chamber and sauna, a whirlpool and experiential showers. Its relaxation lounges are a study in well-being luxury, pampering you with a selection of complimentary fresh fruit, flavoured waters and exotic herbal teas.

Mandara Spa is open from 10am to 10pm and is located on the 3rd floor.

For all your grooming needs head to Hadi Hair Salon. Open daily from 10.30am – 10pm (2pm – 10pm on Fridays).It is located on the 3rd floor.

As The H Dubai’s all day dining concept, it is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Friday brunch and is available for private hire in the evening. Beige sofas and comfortable armchairs blend seamlessly with wooden flooring, dark marble walls and black table tops to create a warm yet vibrant venue.
