5.ANY MODIFICATION FOR CIVIL WORK REQUIRED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF NEW PANELS, IS COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY OF BIDDER IN ALL RESPECT.

6.RE-CONNECTIONS OF POWER AND CONTROL CABLES WITH PROPER TAGGING AND CABLE MARKING.

7.THE TOOLS AND TESTING EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR THE JOB MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION. CONDITION AND HEALTH WILL BE CHECKED BY KE ENGINEERS OR BY THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE AT SITE.

8.ALL ELECTRICAL TESTING EQUIPMENT MUST BE CALIBRATED AND THEIR CALIBRATION CERTIFICATES IN ORIGINAL MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY EACH EQUIPMENT. CALIBRATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE VERIFIED BY KE ENGINEERS.

9.ALL LABORERS, LIFTING EQUIPMENT & TOOLS AND RIGGERS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE JOB MUST BE ARRANGED BY BIDDER FROM HIS RESOURCES.

10.ALL LABORERS AND TECHNICIANS PROVIDED BY BIDDER FOR THIS JOB, MUST BE SKILLED AND WELL CONVERSANT TO HANDLE THIS JOB.

11.ALL MATERIAL LIKE CABLE LUGS, CABLE TIES, NUTS & BOLTS, WASHERS AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY MATERIAL MUST BE ARRANGED BY THE BIDDER WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGE TO KE. 15.BEFORE HAND-OVER PANELS FINALLY TO KE AUTHORITIES, THE DEFICIENCIES/PUNCH LIST ITEMS RAISED BY KE ENGINEERS MUST BE COMPLETED BY BIDDER.

A. CONTRACTORS OBLIGATIONS

1. FITTING OF SCAFFOLDING FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE BOILER FOR INSPECTION/REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF THE ENTIRE BELLOW & DUCT.

2. REMOVAL OF ALUMINIUM CLADDING & INSULATION FROM OUTSIDE AND REMOVAL OF PROTECTIVE SHEET FROM INSIDE OF THE EXPANSION BELLOW.

3. THOROUGH JOINT INSPECTION WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY CONTRACTOR AND KE CONCERNED ENGINEERS OF EXPANSION BELLOW AND TO ASSESS THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE TO THE BELLOWS.

4. BEFORE JOINT INSPECTION, CLEANING WORK OF DUCTS AND BELLOWS SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY THE VENDOR.

5. THOROUGH JOINT INSPECTION TO BE CARRIED OUT THE CONTRACTOR & KE CONCERNED ENGINEERS FROM INSIDE OF THE DUCT AND TO ASSESS THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE OF DUCTS.

6. FABRICATION OF COMPLETE BELLOWS/PIECES OF BELLOWS ON SITE (MATERIAL SS 304 OF REQUIRED THICKNESS)

7. COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF MAJOR DAMAGED BELLOWS WITH LOCALLY FABRICATED BELLOWS.

12. REMOVAL OF SCAFFOLDING. SHIFTING OF DAMAGED BELLOWS AT PROPER PLACE INDICATED BY KE CONCERNED ENGINEER.

13. AREA CLEANING AND SHIFTING OF SCRAPE /DEBRIS TO THE SCRAPE / DUMP YARD OR TO ANY OTHER AREA WITH IN THE BQPS-1 PREMISES DECIDED BY GM (M) OR HIS AUTHORISED ENGINEER.

14. WORKING AREA WILL BE CLEANED ON DAILY BASIS.

15. REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTION IF ANY, WITH THE PERMISSION OF GM(M), WHICH WILL BE ESSENTIALLY REQUIRED TO MAKE THE ACCESS TO THE AREA OF WORK AND THEN RE- FIXING THESE AFTER THE COMPLETION OF JOB FREE OF COST.

16. ANY WORK NOT INDICATED ABOVE, BUT REASONABLY REQUIRED FOR COMPLETION OF REPLACEMENT/REPAIR WORK OF EXPANSION BELLOWS OF FLUE GAS DUCTS SHOULD BE CLAIMED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF WORK.

B. PRE-QUALIFICATION CONDITIONS OF THE BIDDERS

1. COPY OF VALID LICENSE FROM PAKISTAN ENGINEERING COUNCIL IN THE CATEGORY CORRESPONDING BOTH TECHNICALLY AND FINANCIALLY WITH RESPECT TO THE SUBJECT JOB.

2. THE BIDDER SHOULD HAVE 10 YEARS' EXPERIENCE OF MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT WORK OF SIMILAR TYPE OF BOILER AT LEAST OF THE SAME CAPACITY. THE BIDDER SHOULD SUBMIT THE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES.

3. TITLE OF THE COMPANY WITH LOCATION OF REGISTERED OFFICE, ADDRESS OF THE OWNERS & DIRECTORS AND LIST OF ENGINEER AND OTHER TECHNICAL PERSONAL REQUIRED FOR THE ABOVE JOB ARE TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR.

4. ALL COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PREQUALIFICATION MAY BE ADDED BY THE PURCHASE DEPARTMENT AS PER PRACTICE AT THEIR OWN.

C. OTHER SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF D.G.M (BOILER) OF BQPS AND UP TO THE ENTIRE SATISFACTION OF THE AUTHORISED ENGINEER & G.M. MAINTENANCE.

2. THE WORK WILL BE CARRIED IN A SPECIFIED TIME GIVEN UNDER THE HEADING OF "COMPLETION PERIOD" WITH FULL STRENGTH OF HIGHLY SKILLED, EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED WORKERS UP TO THE ENTIRE SATISFACTION OF KESC ENGINEERS.

3. ALL TOOLS/FIXTURES WELDING PLANT AND CONSUMABLE APPROVED WELDING ELECTRODES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. ALL RIGGING TOOLS, MATERIAL HANDLING AS WELL AS MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENTS AND SCAFFOLDING ETC. WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.

4. ALL MATERIAL RELATED TO INSULATION& CLADDING WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF KE.

5. ELECTRIC POWERS AND WATER & EXISTING SERVICE AIR, WHEREVER REQUIRED SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY KE FREE OF COST. TO USE ELECTRICITY, WATER, AIR, THE CONTRACTOR WILL MAKE HIS OWN ARRANGEMENTS OF CABLES, PIPES, FITTINGS, SWITCHES, CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND FUSES ETC, UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.

6. THE JOB WILL BE CARRIED OUT AS PER INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDANCE OF D.G.M BOILER OR THROUGH HIS AUTHORIZED ENGINEER AND WILL BE COMPLETED TO HIS ENTIRE SATISFACTION.

7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT WORKING PROCEDURES AND A SCHEDULE OF WORK SHOWING DURATION OF ALL ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT AT SITE. THESE PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULE SHALL BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF WORK AND THEIR APPROVAL WILL BE OBTAINED FROM BQPS AUTHORITIES. THE REPAIR WORK SHALL BE DONE STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULE.

8. THE PROGRESS OF WORK SHALL BE CHECKED ON DAY-TO-DAY BASIS AS PER DAILY WORK SCHEDULE SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR.

9. CONTRACTOR SHOULD TAKE CARE OF EXISTING PIPING SYSTEM/EQUIPMENT IN THE VICINITY OF BOILER IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE & SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF ANY PART OR EQUIPMENT, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND ANY SUCH LOSSES SHALL BE RECOVERED FROM THE CONTRACTOR'S BILL.

10. SAFETY OF THE PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR STANDARD SAFE WORKING PRACTICES SHALL BE FOLLOWED AND THE AUTHORIZED ENGINEER OF BQPS WILL CHECK THIS. NO COMPENSATION WILL BE PAID BY KE IN CASE OF FAILURE.

11. PROPER PPES AND SAFE WORKING PROCEDURES ARE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTORS.

12. SAFETY OF ANY MATERIAL/ EQUIPMENT HANDED OVER TO THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE ERECTION WORK SHALL BE HIS RESPONSIBILITY.

13. THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF ALL THE EQUIPMENT PARTS AND MATERIAL ETC. BROUGHT BY THE CONTRACTOR AT BQPS SITE SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.

14. THE QUALITY AND THE QUANTITY OF ALL THE MATERIAL TOOLS AND FIXTURES TO BE USED FOR CARRYING OUT THE JOB WHEN BROUGHT ON SITE, SHALL BE CHECKED AND CERTIFIED IN WRITING BY THE AUTHORIZED ENGINEER OF BQPS.

15. PROPER QUALIFIED SITE ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR SHALL HAVE TO BE DEPUTED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO SUPERVISE THE WORK AND COORDINATE ALL SITE ACTIVITIES WITH THE RESPONSIBLE ENGINEER OF BQPS. PROPER SAFETY ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR HAS TO BE DEPUTED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO MONITOR THE SAFETY MEASURES DURING THE WORKS.

16. MOBILIZATION PERIOD MUST NOT EXCEED 48 HRS. AS INSTRUCTED BY G.M. (MAINTENANCE)

2. THE BIDDER SHOULD HAVE 10 YEARS' EXPERIENCE OF MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT WORK OF SIMILAR TYPE OF BOILER AT LEAST OF THE SAME CAPACITY. THE BIDDER SHOULD SUBMIT THE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES.

3. TITLE OF THE COMPANY WITH LOCATION OF REGISTERED OFFICE, ADDRESS OF THE OWNERS & DIRECTORS AND LIST OF ENGINEER AND OTHER TECHNICAL PERSONAL REQUIRED FOR THE ABOVE JOB ARE TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR.

4. ALL COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PREQUALIFICATION MAY BE ADDED BY THE PURCHASE DEPARTMENT AS PER PRACTICE AT THEIR OWN.

C. OTHER SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF D.G.M (BOILER) OF BQPS AND UP TO THE ENTIRE SATISFACTION OF THE AUTHORISED ENGINEER & G.M. MAINTENANCE.

2. THE WORK WILL BE CARRIED IN A SPECIFIED TIME GIVEN UNDER THE HEADING OF "COMPLETION PERIOD" WITH FULL STRENGTH OF HIGHLY SKILLED, EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED WORKERS UP TO THE ENTIRE SATISFACTION OF KESC ENGINEERS.

3. ALL TOOLS/FIXTURES WELDING PLANT AND CONSUMABLE APPROVED WELDING ELECTRODES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. ALL RIGGING TOOLS, MATERIAL HANDLING AS WELL AS MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENTS AND SCAFFOLDING ETC. WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.

4. ALL MATERIAL RELATED TO INSULATION& CLADDING WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF KE.

5. ELECTRIC POWERS AND WATER & EXISTING SERVICE AIR, WHEREVER REQUIRED SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY KE FREE OF COST. TO USE ELECTRICITY, WATER, AIR, THE CONTRACTOR WILL MAKE HIS OWN ARRANGEMENTS OF CABLES, PIPES, FITTINGS, SWITCHES, CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND FUSES ETC, UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.

6. THE JOB WILL BE CARRIED OUT AS PER INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDANCE OF D.G.M BOILER OR THROUGH HIS AUTHORIZED ENGINEER AND WILL BE COMPLETED TO HIS ENTIRE SATISFACTION.

7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT WORKING PROCEDURES AND A SCHEDULE OF WORK SHOWING DURATION OF ALL ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT AT SITE. THESE PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULE SHALL BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF WORK AND THEIR APPROVAL WILL BE OBTAINED FROM BQPS AUTHORITIES. THE REPAIR WORK SHALL BE DONE STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULE.

8. THE PROGRESS OF WORK SHALL BE CHECKED ON DAY-TO-DAY BASIS AS PER DAILY WORK SCHEDULE SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR.

9. CONTRACTOR SHOULD TAKE CARE OF EXISTING PIPING SYSTEM/EQUIPMENT IN THE VICINITY OF BOILER IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE & SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF ANY PART OR EQUIPMENT, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND ANY SUCH LOSSES SHALL BE RECOVERED FROM THE CONTRACTOR'S BILL.

10. SAFETY OF THE PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR STANDARD SAFE WORKING PRACTICES SHALL BE FOLLOWED AND THE AUTHORIZED ENGINEER OF BQPS WILL CHECK THIS. NO COMPENSATION WILL BE PAID BY KE IN CASE OF FAILURE.

11. PROPER PPES AND SAFE WORKING PROCEDURES ARE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTORS.

12. SAFETY OF ANY MATERIAL/ EQUIPMENT HANDED OVER TO THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE ERECTION WORK SHALL BE HIS RESPONSIBILITY.

13. THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF ALL THE EQUIPMENT PARTS AND MATERIAL ETC. BROUGHT BY THE CONTRACTOR AT BQPS SITE SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.

14. THE QUALITY AND THE QUANTITY OF ALL THE MATERIAL TOOLS AND FIXTURES TO BE USED FOR CARRYING OUT THE JOB WHEN BROUGHT ON SITE, SHALL BE CHECKED AND CERTIFIED IN WRITING BY THE AUTHORIZED ENGINEER OF BQPS.

15. PROPER QUALIFIED SITE ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR SHALL HAVE TO BE DEPUTED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO SUPERVISE THE WORK AND COORDINATE ALL SITE ACTIVITIES WITH THE RESPONSIBLE ENGINEER OF BQPS. PROPER SAFETY ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR HAS TO BE DEPUTED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO MONITOR THE SAFETY MEASURES DURING THE WORKS.

16. MOBILIZATION PERIOD MUST NOT EXCEED 48 HRS. AS INSTRUCTED BY G.M. (MAINTENANCE)

17. ANY WORK ON SUNDAY, HOLIDAYS OR OVER AND ABOVE THE PRESCRIBED DAILY WORKING HOURS, SHALL ONLY BE DONE WITH THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF G.M. MAINTENANCE.

13. AREA CLEANING AND SHIFTING OF SCRAPE /DEBRIS TO THE SCRAPE / DUMP YARD OR TO ANY OTHER AREA WITH IN THE BQPS-1 PREMISES DECIDED BY GM (M) OR HIS AUTHORISED ENGINEER.

14. WORKING AREA WILL BE CLEANED ON DAILY BASIS.

15. REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTION IF ANY, WITH THE PERMISSION OF GM(M), WHICH WILL BE ESSENTIALLY REQUIRED TO MAKE THE ACCESS TO THE AREA OF WORK AND THEN RE- FIXING THESE AFTER THE COMPLETION OF JOB FREE OF COST.

16. ANY WORK NOT INDICATED ABOVE, BUT REASONABLY REQUIRED FOR COMPLETION OF REPLACEMENT/REPAIR WORK OF EXPANSION BELLOWS OF FLUE GAS DUCTS SHOULD BE CLAIMED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF WORK.

B. PRE-QUALIFICATION CONDITIONS OF THE BIDDERS

1. COPY OF VALID LICENSE FROM PAKISTAN ENGINEERING COUNCIL IN THE CATEGORY CORRESPONDING BOTH TECHNICALLY AND FINANCIALLY WITH RESPECT TO THE SUBJECT JOB.

2. THE BIDDER SHOULD HAVE 10 YEARS' EXPERIENCE OF MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT WORK OF SIMILAR TYPE OF BOILER AT LEAST OF THE SAME CAPACITY. THE BIDDER SHOULD SUBMIT THE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES.

3. TITLE OF THE COMPANY WITH LOCATION OF REGISTERED OFFICE, ADDRESS OF THE OWNERS & DIRECTORS AND LIST OF ENGINEER AND OTHER TECHNICAL PERSONAL REQUIRED FOR THE ABOVE JOB ARE TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR.

4. ALL COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PREQUALIFICATION MAY BE ADDED BY THE PURCHASE DEPARTMENT AS PER PRACTICE AT THEIR OWN.

C. OTHER SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF D.G.M (BOILER) OF BQPS AND UP TO THE ENTIRE SATISFACTION OF THE AUTHORISED ENGINEER & G.M. MAINTENANCE.

2. THE WORK WILL BE CARRIED IN A SPECIFIED TIME GIVEN UNDER THE HEADING OF "COMPLETION PERIOD" WITH FULL STRENGTH OF HIGHLY SKILLED, EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED WORKERS UP TO THE ENTIRE SATISFACTION OF KESC ENGINEERS.

3. ALL TOOLS/FIXTURES WELDING PLANT AND CONSUMABLE APPROVED WELDING ELECTRODES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. ALL RIGGING TOOLS, MATERIAL HANDLING AS WELL AS MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENTS AND SCAFFOLDING ETC. WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.

4. ALL MATERIAL RELATED TO INSULATION& CLADDING WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF KE.

5. ELECTRIC POWERS AND WATER & EXISTING SERVICE AIR, WHEREVER REQUIRED SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY KE FREE OF COST. TO USE ELECTRICITY, WATER, AIR, THE CONTRACTOR WILL MAKE HIS OWN ARRANGEMENTS OF CABLES, PIPES, FITTINGS, SWITCHES, CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND FUSES ETC, UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.

6. THE JOB WILL BE CARRIED OUT AS PER INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDANCE OF D.G.M BOILER OR THROUGH HIS AUTHORIZED ENGINEER AND WILL BE COMPLETED TO HIS ENTIRE SATISFACTION.

7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT WORKING PROCEDURES AND A SCHEDULE OF WORK SHOWING DURATION OF ALL ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT AT SITE. THESE PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULE SHALL BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF WORK AND THEIR APPROVAL WILL BE OBTAINED FROM BQPS AUTHORITIES. THE REPAIR WORK SHALL BE DONE STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULE.

8. THE PROGRESS OF WORK SHALL BE CHECKED ON DAY-TO-DAY BASIS AS PER DAILY WORK SCHEDULE SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR.

9. CONTRACTOR SHOULD TAKE CARE OF EXISTING PIPING SYSTEM/EQUIPMENT IN THE VICINITY OF BOILER IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE & SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF ANY PART OR EQUIPMENT, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND ANY SUCH LOSSES SHALL BE RECOVERED FROM THE CONTRACTOR'S BILL.

10. SAFETY OF THE PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR STANDARD SAFE WORKING PRACTICES SHALL BE FOLLOWED AND THE AUTHORIZED ENGINEER OF BQPS WILL CHECK THIS. NO COMPENSATION WILL BE PAID BY KE IN CASE OF FAILURE.

11. PROPER PPES AND SAFE WORKING PROCEDURES ARE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTORS.

12. SAFETY OF ANY MATERIAL/ EQUIPMENT HANDED OVER TO THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE ERECTION WORK SHALL BE HIS RESPONSIBILITY.

13. THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF ALL THE EQUIPMENT PARTS AND MATERIAL ETC. BROUGHT BY THE CONTRACTOR AT BQPS SITE SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.

14. THE QUALITY AND THE QUANTITY OF ALL THE MATERIAL TOOLS AND FIXTURES TO BE USED FOR CARRYING OUT THE JOB WHEN BROUGHT ON SITE, SHALL BE CHECKED AND CERTIFIED IN WRITING BY THE AUTHORIZED ENGINEER OF BQPS.

15. PROPER QUALIFIED SITE ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR SHALL HAVE TO BE DEPUTED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO SUPERVISE THE WORK AND COORDINATE ALL SITE ACTIVITIES WITH THE RESPONSIBLE ENGINEER OF BQPS. PROPER SAFETY ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR HAS TO BE DEPUTED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO MONITOR THE SAFETY MEASURES DURING THE WORKS.

16. MOBILIZATION PERIOD MUST NOT EXCEED 48 HRS. AS INSTRUCTED BY G.M. (MAINTENANCE)

17. ANY WORK ON SUNDAY, HOLIDAYS OR OVER AND ABOVE THE PRESCRIBED DAILY WORKING HOURS, SHALL ONLY BE DONE WITH THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF G.M. MAINTENANCE.

18. THE FINAL BILL SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ONLY BE CLEARED AFTER THE SATISFACTORILY COMPLETION OF THE ENTIRE WORK.

19. ALL THE BIDDERS SHALL HAVE TO VISIT THE SITE BEFORE SUBMITTING THEIR QUOTATION SO THAT THEY MAY HAVE AN IDEA OF THE PREVAILING SIT CONDITIONS AND THE EXACT NATURE OF WORK INVOLVED.

20. OBTAINING THE SECURITY PERMISSION FROM KE SECURITY DEPARTMENT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY.

21. CREDENTIAL OF WELDERS, FABRICATORS, RIGGERS AND OTHER WORKERS WILL BE VETTED BY KE ENGINEER.

22. ANY REASONABLE TERMS/CONDITIONS NOT FORESEEN AT THIS STAGE MAY BE ADDED WHEN THE CASE IS UNDER TECHNICAL EVALUATION.

23. QUALIFIED SAFETY SUPERVISOR WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF VENDOR, IF WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT ROUND THE CLOCK, SO IT IS MANDATORY THE DEPUTATION OF SEPARATE SAFETY SUPERVISOR DAY AND NIGHT

D. COMPLETION PERIOD

THE ENTIRE JOB, INCLUDING CLEANING, DISMANTLING, REPAIRING AND ERECTION IS TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 25 DAYS FOR EACH UNIT. IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE ENTIRE JOB WITHIN SPECIFIED TIME, WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS ON DAILY BASIS IF REQUIRED; THE WORK SHALL HAVE TO BE CONTINUED ON SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS AS WELL, WITH THE PERMISSION OF GM (M)/DGM (BOILER).
