0160 Tbilisi), announces two stage International Competitive Bidding for procurement ofurgently executed works from the second stage construction works of Senaki-Poti-Sarpikm 89-96 road section Chakvi-Makhinjauri (including tunnel) and invites all interestedpersons for participation. (Ei ther from Georgia or Foreign countries).Composi tion of works and class if icat ion: const ruct ion of the tunnel arch and wal ls , extensionof tunnel, const ruct ion of gangway between tunnels , const ruct ion of venti la tion , const ruct ionof tunnel porta ls and above portal slopes and e tc.

2. Con tract va lidity period - 2006-2007.Per iod for execution of works : according the schedule agreed between par tiesInterested Bidders Full information concerning the works to be performed may obtain fromthe Technical Policy Department or The Procurement Department of the Department ofRoads of the Minis try of Economic Development .

Mentioned permissions should besubmittedwithin two weeks upon signing the Contract. (This requirementwill be stated nContractconditions).11.The Biddersshall be required o provide the Bid Secur ity n the form of bank guaranteeissued by the high rank banking institution or insurancecompany. l'he amount of bankguarantee hallno t be less han I % of the Bid.12. The successful Bidder shall be required to provide the performance Security in the form ofbank guarantee issued by the high rank banking institution or insurance company.
