So, yeah. Joining me today is David Wolfe. Im so excited, cause David isreally, he is the most recognized nutrition authority on the planet in my opinion. Imean, he is incredible His hes mastered nutrition beyond nutrition, really. Itsabout Longevity Now, is what hes really talking about and, included in that, iseverything to do with, you know, super foods, raw foods. But it goes beyond that.It goes to vision, and and mission, and education, and business. And Im just

so glad to have him with us today.

David Wolfe, thanks for joining us!

David: Thank you so much. Its great to be on the show again. I love your show!

Lisa: You have been such a great supporter over all the years of coming to studio andI get to see your really clear eyes. [Chuckling]

David: Its really fun. And I I love being in LA, and its, you know, I I sometimesI dread coming back and, then, I get here, Im, like, Oh! How did I ever leavehere! Its just one of those New Yorks like that, too.

Lisa: Right. Or Vegas. I could go

    David: Yeah.

Lisa: when I really, really want a trip to Vegas, but then you yeah. You get thereand its great and, then, youre ready to leave when its over.

    David: Yeah. Exactly.

Lisa: But were glad to have you here. And theres so many great questions coming in.

I want to get to as many of these answers as you as we possibly can that arecoming in on the on the questions area of the website. But but first of all,the last time you were on, you were talking about calcification, and I just wantyou to start off, if you can, with a little bit of an overview of that, because it really

has to do with why a lot of people are asking the questions that theyre askingwith rheumatoid arthritis and even male pattern baldness, dental issues. Gosh!

David: So many theres so many issues that that touch into this whole idea ofcalcification. But let me let me just preface it with this. You know, I come froma background of medical doctors. And Ive been both my parents are medicaldoctors. And Ive been studying arthritis since I was five years old.

    Lisa: Mmm.

David: And interestingly, about five years ago, I kind of went through a massivebreakthrough in my research about arthritis. Now, just as weve seen that

knowledge has been multiplying in every field dramatically, especially since theinformation age really began with the Internet in about 1994, we we now cancome to a realization, everybody listening, that there may be solutions out therefor us, for chronic inflammatory conditions like arthritis that is that those those individuals, for example, doctors who are brick and mortar institutions andbeing educated that way, may not be aware of. And and thats where I wantto start, is the awareness that its possible that there are solutions out there for usthat we havent heard about. Because thats where it all starts. You have to beaware of it first.

Moving on from there, what I want to say is that I I from studying the greatphilosophers and all the way from the ancient world all the way to the to the

modern day, theres a phrase in in all that, that says, Take the conventionaldiscourse on any subject. Reverse it, and there you will have the truth.

    Lisa: Huh! Wow!

David: The number one selling supplement in America is Calcium supplement. Theydont work. They dont actually increase your bone density. Theres never beena study thats shown that Calcium Carbonate increases your bone density. And itactually it actually can have a detrimental effect. They actually causecalcification. And what when I think calcification, I mean arthritis. I mean theformation of plaque in our teeth, in our arteries. I mean the formation of stones inour kidneys and liver. And the formation of tumors, which have hardened shells,

which is, basically, its actually bad Calcium is involved in tumor formation.

    Lisa: Wow! That makes sense.

David: So its a yeah. For me, as a scientist, its like, okay. I want to find out what iscommon to all these inflammatory conditions and, strangely enough, its beenknown for forever that calcification is common to all these conditions. So Iapproach it strategically from the angle of, Okay. What do we know aboutreversing calcification?

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    3/29

    Lisa: Well

David: Which will then give us the derivative benefits were looking for in all thoseconditions.

Lisa: Now okay. So all Calcium supplements are bad? The Calcium citrate, carbonate, all of the Calcium?

David: Yes. Calcium citrate, Calcium Malate, Calcium Fructo Borate. The Calcium and, then magnesium that you see in these combinations, its the magnesium thatworks, not the Calcium. And and what its actually doing is its were eatingscale. You know, scale that you scrub off your bathtub? You know? Or yoursink?

    Lisa: Uh-huh.

David: You know that buildup of plaque?

    Lisa: Ahh. Okay.

David: Thats thats what gets us. That is the stuff that gets us in the end.

    Lisa: Thats what turns toxic.

    David: It is toxic.

    Lisa: It is toxic.

David: So it what what these Calcium supplements are, is theyre residues that are

dug out of the earth. Theyre Calcium residues. The residues of ancient lifeforms. Its really ancient oceans. And theyve left the Calcium residue fromshells of ancient organisms. Were digging that stuff up or eating it, which is which is probably the most dangerous thing we can do, based on the research, and what it does. It increases aches and pains. It increases inflammation. Andit doesnt do what we what we want to take those things for, which is it doesnot increase our bone density.

Lisa: Yeah. We could even say it isnt isnt it good for its supposed to be goodfor our bones.

David: Right. And it is not. And thats one of the things that all of the listeners can do

their own research on this, and and when you realize this, it it is a bigdiscovery. See, just its like what Hitler said. If a lie gets big enough and itsbelieved by many people, then everyone will just assume its true. And thebigger the lie, the more likely that people will believe it. Well, its one of thesekind of problems. So it just because its a massive lie, really. Its not itsnot a lie in with a negative intonation about it. People just dont know. Butwhat what Im saying is that I have to call it. I cant just let it slip by. I had adoctor on the phone a a couple years ago and he he actually said heactually knew about Calcium Carbonate. And I said and he said, Well, you

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    4/29

know, its what people want. So thats what I prescribe to them. I said, Look, you cannot do that. That is a thats unethical. You know theyre not supposedto be having these Calcium Carbonate supplements or Citrate or Calcium Malate,or Calcium Fructo Borate, or Calcium-Pantothenate, or whatever it it lookslike.

Lisa: So you you busted him on it, because you know that. Now, what about about eating the natural types of foods with the Calcium in it, like the green leafyvegetables? Is that type of Calcium the body can

David: Right. Thats good, and and, also, seaweed, too. Seaweed Calcium isexcellent and dark green leafy vegetables, and vegetables in general are anexcellent source of Calcium. Almonds are an excellent source of Calcium. Andthats good Calcium, and and thats what we need. Now if you also do thisresearch this is another shocking one. If you study how much Calcium peopleare eating in the form of Calcium supplements and and dairy, pasteurizeddairy products, especially milk and and milk its not so much the milk, itself, obviously. I mean, raw milk is great if you, you know, if youre on the farm. But if

youre not, which most of us are not, this stuff thats sold to us in stores has chalkin it, which is Calcium Carbonate, to give it a uniform white appearance.

    Lisa: Ooo!

David: So if you study how much of this kind of chalky milk that were eating and howmany Calcium supplements were eating, youll find out that theres an inverse inverse relationship to bone density; meaning that, these things increaseosteoporosis, not decrease.

Lisa: One of the listeners here is asking if organic milk is okay.

David: Organic raw milk is great. Now, people say, Well, isnt it pasteurized? Whatabout the bacteria and viruses? Well, all pasteurized milk products and dairyproducts are loaded in viruses. And this is something you can you can justGoogle this and research the amount of microbial counts that are allowed inpasteurized milk. Now we havent had a technology since the 1930s of sterilizingall raw milk, just by putting one drop of 35 percent food grade hydrogen peroxideinto a gallon of milk will completely sterilize that gallon of milk and give it shelflife. So this pasteurization momentum has actually blocked us from better typesof technology that have come down the pike. And this is, again, an issue, youknow, so so what what what were really dealing with, Lisa, is weredealing with an issue of the brick and mortar institutions versus the rapidtransformation of information and knowledge on the other hand. And, you know,

the brick and mortar institutions are kinda stuck, and theyre just stuck in theirways, whereas the Internet is rapidly advancing information, and were findingout that the old way isnt the best way. But how do we change these institutions? And and thats really the crisis of our times.

Lisa: And so thats what youre getting at, with with what you do. I mean, theres somany great questions coming in. Can you, real quickly, I just want to get to someof this these health questions and, then, I want to talk about the where youare, and what youre doing with the Longevity Now Program and the the

weekend that youre doing there, and so forth. But lets talk about autoimmunedysfunction. Lets see here. Ive got oops. This is going up. Linda, fromWest Chester, Pennsylvania. What is good to take for hypothyroidism, andHashimotos? Now, in specifically, I know that thyroidism is on the rise. I Ihave a particular situation Im dealing with myself. What is it that you can tellpeople about that, cause there are millions of people that are being diagnosed

    with this.

David: Right. First things first. If if you are taking a thyroid medication, please takethe natural desiccated thyroid with no preservatives, rather than the synthetic. The Synthroid is very toxic, has very toxic side effects over the long term. Soyou definitely want to go natural for your thyroid medication. Now why is it thatwe have an epidemic of thyroid issues? Well, theres some very interestinginformation coming to light. One is we, you know, we live in a very toxic world. We have 75,000 different artificial chemicals that have been developed in the lasthundred years that are in the ecosystems of the world, you know, from DDT,DDE, Mercury and, you know, all this other stuff that we know about carcinogens, plastics, et cetera. So weve gotta clean up our cupboards, clean up our houses,

clean up our home supplies of different, you know, cleansing, things like soapsand shampoos and that kind of stuff, make sure its all natural, theres nochemicals, in order to lighten the burden on our body. Because this definitely ishaving an an impact on our thyroid. I was reading a book last night in inthe sauna, actually, on written by a doctor, whos very deeply researched theeffects of these chemicals on our thyroid, and it is they have thyroid-suppressive effect. Another thing I want to say about the thyroid and this isfascinating knowledge thats coming to light is that it appears that the thyroidis the most negatively charged electrical point in our body, and that means it hasa very high demand for electricity, strangely enough.

    Lisa: Huh.

David: And we were all in kind of indirectly familiar with electricity. And thatmeans electrons, and and with the best source of electrons, isnt justantioxidants, which are great. Any highly rich pigmented food that has rich color, natural, of course. I dont mean like a a colored, you know

    Lisa: Right.

David: soda drink, or or a sports drink.

    Lisa: Food.

David: You know, something real, like like a spirulina or a chocolate, raw chocolate isthe highest antioxidant food in the world.

    Lisa: Mmm.

David: Or raspberries. All berries are excellent, but the actual free electricity that wecan get from walking barefoot on the earth appears to have a very powerfulinfluence in helping our thyroid get going again.

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    6/29

    Lisa: Really?

David: So much so, so much so I had the top scientist in the world on the phone lastnight about this particular issue. So much so that it is actually recommended thatif you start going barefoot, and you start actually touching the actual earth, itself, with your hands lets say youre gardening this summer or this spring, that

your youve got to actually cut your thyroid medication down, or you could getoverdosed.

Lisa: Wow! Thats and it has to be not cement. Were talking the earth.

David: Earth, but cement is good. Cement is okay. Asphalt is not. Asphalt is aninsulator. Its like rubber on the earth.

    Lisa: Huh.

David: But the but cement is okay, because its reasonably close to natural stone.Stone is great. Earth is great. Grass is fine. Beach is fine. Ocean is fine.

Lakes and creeks are all fine. To ground yourself electrically which actually givesyou the earth is all the time spinning off free electrons, or free electricity, andas soon as you touch the earth with your bare hand or bare foot, you get some ofthat. The longer that you can do that every day, the better the effect is.

Lisa: Mmm. Okay. Thats great. All right. A couple of questions coming in arounddental issues. Root canals, things like that. Is that related to the calcification?

David: Yes, it is. The most common disease in the world is actually gum disease.Ninety-eight half percent of the worlds population

    Lisa: Wow!

    David: Thats almost everybody

    Lisa: Wow!

David: is is suffering from gum disease in one form or another. Ive been studyingthis extensively, personally, because of, you know, I I cracked a tooth tenyears ago in my pedicet. I I 25 years ago. I had it refilled ten years ago.My dentist said, Look, you know, its not really stable. It finally fell out. I just leftit. So Ive been really personally interested in in dentistry for a very long time.

    Lisa: Huh.

David: We we know now that root canals are time bombs. It might be a ten-year-timebomb or a 40-year time bomb. But, at some point, its gonna go sour. And, youknow, if youre 70, you know, its not a big deal. Its, like, well, you know, at thatpoint, you you know, you might not be here for another 40 years, so its not abig deal. But if youre if youre 25, weve gotta look at some other options thanroot canal. Bridges or or something that may be safer. When we do have aroot canal, theres the possibility of trapping anaerobic bacteria in the cavityunderneath the the tooth, where the where the tooth was or where the root

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    7/29

of the tooth was, and we can get an infection going, like, kind of a subcutaneousinfection. And that thats the time bomb. Thats what can cause major, majorproblems down the road, which I have seen over the years. Because people, bythe time they get to me, theyve usually been through quite a lot, and Ive seensome of the worst cases, and and I would just want to caution people to bevery careful about root canals.

Lisa: You say that theyre, basically, time bombs waiting to happen because of thebacteria?

David: Right. Cause there can be a buildup of anaerobic bacteria in the pocket thatsleft underneath the root canal, so you if youre gonna have a root canal, makesure you have a very skilled dentist and very good dentistry.

Lisa: Yes. I have heard about the ozone therapy. I have a really great dentist herewho does that ozone therapy to to reverse the its a laser. It reverses thebacteria count in the mouth. There is some really great technology around itthats coming up. Okay.

A couple of questions coming in. And Im just gonna be firing these off to you forthe next couple of minutes, because people will learn more about who you are inthe way that you answer these. Good what is good, this is from Osaka. What is good for baldness?

David: Okay. Well, theres different theres different strategies about baldness. Oneis if we are able to get our minerals into our body and get actually on a youth-fitting program, the Longevity Program, we can actually have a thicker growth ofour hair. For example, just one mineral, sulphur, is very strongly attributable tothicker, stronger, more vigorous hair growth. And sulphur can be found indifferent foods that are spicy. It can be found in supplemental form. MSM is one

of my favorites. Methyl sul Sulfonyl Methane, MSM is something to be lookinginto. Also male pattern baldness is genetic, but its brought on early by lifestylehabits. So if we can get into a healthier diet, healthier lifestyle, get on the earthbarefoot more, that actually it also has an effect on making us younger, because we get those free antioxidants right from the earth itself when wedirectly connect with water or, you know, like the ocean, or with the sand, orbeach, or dirt, or earth.

Heres another thing, as well, is there are some breakthroughs happening. Weknow now that dihydrotestosterone, which is causing the follicle to actually beginto close itself off, its actually not the dihydrotestosterone thats doing it. Itsactually the follicle sensitivity to the dihydrotestosterone thats at issue.

Lisa: Is this testosterone something thats in the body already?

David: Its already in the body and it does not decrease very much with age. So theresthis thing about testosterone, dihydrotestosterone, DHT, is a a causativeagent in male pattern baldness. However, it doesnt ever really changethroughout your whole life. So in your twenties, its about the same as whenyoure 50, and so we we cant say that its an increase or decrease in DHTthats causing it. Its something in the follicle, itself. Its a sensitivity in the follicle.

    8/29

So what we really recommend is if you can get really good quality creams ontoyour skin, and I recommend creams that are very rich in Colloidal gold, is verygood.

    Lisa: Huh.

David: Or some of the products out there that have hydrogen in them, developed by by my friend, Dr. Patrick Flanagan, can be very helpful at desensitizing thefollicle. Now heres a product that Ive been working on, so Im gonna give awaythe farm here, Lisa, if thats okay. But I just gotta give people a little insight. Imean, Ive been working on a chocolate farm in Hawaii for about four years now. This is the fourth year of that project, and one of the reasons why I got into that isbecause when I was in the Amazon, an Amazonian Shaman told me that the the bark of the chocolate tree, if you soak it in ice cold water, actually secretes agel. That gel desensitizes the hair follicle to DHT, thus reversing male patternbaldness.

Lisa: Wow! Were gonna have to listen to the replay for that one!

David: Is that something? So were working on products that can be delivered, youknow, into the market that actually have those compounds in it. Ive got Dr.Patrick Flanagan onboard with that project.

    Lisa: Ooo.

David: Hes excellent at stabilizing these types of chemistry. So this thats somethingfor the future, and great hope for men out there. And what I love about it is, youknow, were making even more use of the chocolate tree than just eatingchocolate.

Lisa: Wow! That is amazing! You are so good with being on the cutting edge of stufflike that. That is just so great.

All right. Lets talk real quickly about energy, about increasing energy. It seemsto be a theme in the questions that are coming in. Now, I guess its of course, begs the question is why why is people why is the energy so low in thiscountry, and other countries? I mean, that question came in from Japan.

David: Theres a theres a number of reasons. One of the main reasons is digestion.Digestion takes up more energy than anything else that we do every day.

    Lisa: Hmm.

David: So if we can lighten the amount of load on our digestive tract, we automaticallyhave more energy. Those of us whove experimented with fasting, if you get intoa a juice fast, for example, on day like five or six you have more energy. Youcant even hardly believe it. Where where is all this energy coming from? Most of the time we suppress our energy by eating. And what Id recommend isif you can eat and move more towards raw, living foods, which is fruits andvegetables, raw organic nuts and seeds, seed vegetables and seaweed, sprouts, grasses, like wheat grass and the super foods, and some of the great herbs of

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    9/29

the world, and make that a bigger part of your calorie source, then you will havemore energy, because the heaviness, the thickness, the stuff that sticks to ourribs, right? That stuff is really robbing a huge amount of energy from us,especially anything thats chemicalized. So Id recommend we gotta go organic, first and, second, we get the raw food in, and third, is if we can just kinda thin outsome of the stuff thats really sticking to our ribs, that will give us more energy.

Another thing is flushing out our bowels. This is something that is amazing. Ifyou need energy right now, go and go and do an enema. It can be a verypowerful way to increase your energy instantly.

    Lisa: Hmm.

David: I started learning about this years ago when I first when and had a colonic done. You know, in the in this field, in the nutrition field, especially alternativenutrition, you just get kinda forced into these things.

    Lisa: Right. Right.

    David: So

    Lisa: Uh-huh.

David: So I noticed after the first round of colonics that I ever had that I had anunbelievable amount of energy. It was like shocking. I started realizing thattheres a relationship between constipation and lack of energy. So thatssomething to be aware of.

    Lisa: Thats interesting.

    David: Then theres

Lisa: Oh, I have a friend whos a hydrocolontherapist, and she is bouncing off the wallsall the time. She has this flat, flat stomach, and she said its she doesnt dietor she does exercise, but its all colonics. All colonics. Now, so okay. Sogetting a cleaning out and flushing the body, of course that gets rid of a lot of thetoxicity, as well, which is one of the things you were talking about earlier. Okay.In the book, you add in, for a good natural sources of energy.

David: Well, interestingly enough, one of my favorite things, and I and I I do havethe right to talk about this, because my friend, Jay Kordich, known as the juiceman on TV, he actually passed the torch on to me to be the the juicing man ofthe future, so

    Lisa: Great!

David: So theres theres theres a great, you know, hundred and fifty-year historyof juice therapy in in America that we should be aware of, and and what itsindicating is that you can take in, like, celery juice, for example, celery carrot

juice, celery carrot, all freshly made. You can have this made at the health foodsstore, even. You see, you dont have to clean the darn juicer, which I dont like todo. But, anyway, you get all this energy from this stuff. Celery juice, cucumber

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    10/29

juice, but theres no calories. Theres no calories. So this is kind of a violationabout what were taught about nutrition, which is you need some calories toproduce energy and, in fact, green juices actually indicate that you dont. Andthats a great weight loss trick. I mean, one of the things I love more thananything is that green juice right when you need it, that celery juice, because youget all that energy. Theres no calories. And it its just like a a, you know, a

clarity boost for your brain and your memory.

Lisa: What about sugar? I I mean, theres natural sugar found in some of thosejuices, but theyre not necessarily in the greens. Do you add in carrots and pearor whatever else that you can to increase the sugar, or is it just, basically, thegreen?

David: Well, its better to do just green. However, thats not really palatable forbeginners. So I dont really recommend that for beginners.

    Lisa: Okay.

David: You know, make sure you have a little bit of something in there that makes ittaste good. That thats a very important trick of nutrition. Its gotta taste goodor youre not gonna do it. So I like its funny you mentioned pear, cause I wasin Hawaii just the other day and a friend of mine made pear celery juice. And Iwas so happy about that. That was such a great juice.

Lisa: Yeah. I had that. I had something in with pear in it the other day, a juice, andit was so good.

David: Its so good. These juices are incredible. I mean, you talk about weight loss, fighting cancer, increasing antioxidants, increasing energy, boosting yourimmune system, rejuvenating your blood, thats what fresh vegetable juice does

    for you.

Lisa: I yeah. And you know what? For some reason, I I got off of the juicingkick. What the heck happened?

    [Laughter]

    Lisa: Oh.

David: It happens to all of us.

Lisa: It does. Why does that happen? I mean, its just the juice is out all the time. I

think I put it away and I didnt take it back out because I was clearing thecounters and, then, it stayed.

    David: Well

    Lisa: Yeah.

David: It thats this is the call for everybody listening right now to get get thatjuicer out and start using it. And people ask me all the time, What is the best

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    11/29

juicer? And, actually, the best one is the one thats in your cupboard right nowthat

    Lisa: Uh-huh.

    David: youre not using.

Lisa: Right. I dont care if its a blender. It will work.

David: Yeah. Get just get that thing going.

Lisa: Is now when youre traveling so much on the road, and I want to talk to youabout the the Longevity Program that youre doing, but how do you whatdo you I mean, what do you bring your juicer with you on the airplane? Imean, how do you do that?

David: Well, fortunately, I have great friends all over the world who have all theequipment, everything thats needed. So I dont have to travel with the Vitamix

blender anymore or a juicer. Also, theres health food stores all over the worldnow that can do this stuff for you. I do I do pack everything very specificallyfor what I know I will need when Im traveling. For example, one of the thingsthat Im really a a big fan of is sea salt. Sea salt is really important to knockout adrenal fatigue. And a lot of times if Im doing, you know, an unbelievablelevel of touring, like I just did I was recently in Sydney, Australia, and I did anall day event there. And, then, I went to a rock and roll concert that night, whichwas the best time ever.

Lisa: Thats just your own fault!

    [Laughter]

David: And, then, I came back to my hotel room and I had an hour to pack and, then, Idid two back to back events in Melbourne the next day, and including the flight. And I and I tell you, if I didnt have that trick in my up my sleeve, which isadding sea salt to my water so I can get not only the hydration but I get the otheraspect, which is I get to hold the water onto my body, which is what the salt does,I wouldnt have been able to make it. So if were over salted by the bad stuff, then were gonna have puffiness. Were gonna need to de-salt ourselves bycleansing ourself from all salt for awhile till we flush all that stuff out. But in thelong term picture of things, we do need sea salt in order to be healthy and andits some people need a very small amount of it. Some people who are veryhigh paced like me need more. But it is something to consider once you

detoxified your body of the real bad salt thats used as a preservative in foods.

Lisa: That is so interesting. Cause someone is asking. Jane Wilkinson is askingabout how much iodine is appropriate for the general population. Can you talk alittle bit about iodine?

David: Iodine is so critical. I mean, this is one of the its its been known since the1930s that iodine is is capable of controlling your immune system. Now thatstotally amazing. Now I would recommend that everybody if youre very serious

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    12/29

about transforming your immunity and, you know, youre gonna need more Ithink its a hundred and fifty micrograms is recommended as the RDA for iodine.Youre gonna need to go much, much higher than that. But with the natural goodiodine, like Lugols iodine in order to get serious transformations in your immunesystem and in your health. And, also, iodine is very particular for issues of thethyroid, of course. Now if we have a a thyroid condition, we have to be more

careful with iodine, and we probably should consult with a nutritionist wereworking with, or a physician that were working with before we just kind of rampinto huge amounts, because our thyroid can go either way on iodine. It can gohyper, hypo

    Lisa: Mmm.

    David: depending.

Lisa: Sensitive. So now where do you get natural iodine from, other than iodine tablesalt, which is, essentially toxic?

David: Well, there Lugols iodine is a great product thats been out there. I alsorecommend, of course, kelp as an excellent salt replacement, so lets see, ifyou want to get on a low salt diet to flush all the bad salt out and get theinflammation down, well, you can go to powdered kelp, and thats the bestnatural source of the right kind of iodine, which which sometimes alone canhave a very powerful effect on our on our thyroid, and can very stronglyimprove our thyroid conditions.

Lisa: Powdered kelp. Is that the same thing as sea weed?

    David: Yes. Its sea weed.

    Lisa: Okay.

David: Kelp is a sea weed. K-e-l-p. And you can just find it like salt shakers at not onlyevery health food store, now, but almost every major grocery store has it now.

Lisa: Great. Okay. All right. So you are here doing a weekend of, basically, with 12world class, among yourself, longevity experts, and youre talking you guysare always talking about your latest breakthroughs, which is stuff that I really, really like. Tell me a little bit about whats goin on and and what what youcan offer to our listeners, because the events sold out, and its local. So talk alittle bit about that.

David: Okay. Well, if anybody wants to tune in, you can tune in via the Internet. Wevedone weve gotten, literally, a professional film crew in there. They do TVshows, and they are gonna be filming it and streaming it live, and if you go toLongevityConference.com, at the very top it will say for the webinar information, click here. And you can tune in that way. Unfortunately, because, you know, weonly have room for about 800 plus people in that in that space

    Lisa: Okay.

David: Thats well, thats no. I Id rather send it through you. Thats great. Andthis this is really, I mean, the information is so incredible where we actuallyare. I mean, Dr. Mercola, you know, hes one of the biggest guys on the Internetwith his alternative healing information. Hes doing a phenomenal presentationthat I I that, alone, is worth the price. And and what are you offering theprice for, Lisa?

    Lisa: It is 127.

David: 127. You cant you know, just go to TheAwareShow website and its itsforward slash Wolfe?

Lisa: Its yeah. Its TheAwareShow.com/Wolfe, W-o-l-f-e. Now, I mean, whatabout all the people that paid 250 for this, but that well, this is a specialcommunity. This is all The Aware Show community, so these people, this is avery, very special price for you guys. Listen to whats goin on here. Weve gotDr. Mercola, who I love.

Tell me, tell the audience a little bit about him.

David: Well, he he has innovated the idea of just driving the bus around the brick andmortar institutions and bringing medicine forward, using nutrition protocols andstrategies that were, you know, before him unable to be known by any of us. I

mean, he just he just broke the the sound barrier pretty much and andgot some very vital information out of the Internet and paved the way for the all the rest of us. Hes very, very big on Vitamin B-12 and Vitamin D-3, and theirimportance as compared to all the other vitamins that are out there. Very big onraw living foods. Very, very big on on supporting the natural production ofVitamin D-3 via sunlight and/or sun you you can get these full spectrumlighting things now that helped a friend of mine out so much that it within oneweek he was able to reverse a psoriasis condition hed been working on verydiligently with alternative therapies for about six years, and had been dealing withfor 30 years, and it was finally Dr. Mercolas information that pushed him over thetop and actually saved him from that very troubling condition.

Lisa: Wow! Yeah. Hes quite a pioneer, and so forth. I I know that the that hehas a lot to say about the Bs and the Ds in terms of the vitamins, and he gives awhole new perspective on what is what is needed for that. You also haveDonna Gates, who love. She in The Body Ecology Diet, she talks all aboutour intestinal flora, and so forth, and who else do I recognize on here? Youmentioned T.R. Goodman.

David: T T.R.s awesome! He you know, hes hes like hes just a really coolguy. He comes over and hangs out at my house all the time and, on the other

side of his day, hes hanging out with, you know, all the top professional athletes, football players, baseball players, and he trains them. One of the things aboutT.R. is hes hes 48, and he hes literally outperforming these 24-year-oldguys.

    Lisa: Wow!

David: Which is he I mean, he he has mastered

    Lisa: Right. Hes mastered it.

David: the he has mastered personal training and nutrition at a level thats reallyjust its very impressive, and hes very, very humble. He will never admit thatto you, but I get up to speak for him, because he wont tell you.

Lisa: Okay. Well, no, thats good, because and, then, so he can, basically, talkabout how and and someone was asking here, how they become abodybuilder on a vegetarian diet. And theres all sorts of different things that

that he can share, that T.R. can share about fighting aging, different differenttypes of things that hes learned.

David: And how to avoid injuries. Hes hes a master at that, because thats hisbusiness. He hes gotta keep these athletes healthy so that they can keepperforming each week.

Lisa: Cool. All right. Now, also, the event is sold out, so the tickets the live event issold out. But the live webcast is, basically, what is available atTheAwareShow.com/Wolfe, and this is I mean, I I like I love thetechnology, because we cannot all travel. Its a whole weekend to, you know, basically be there, and its great, and so forth, to be there, but if you have

children and, you know, jobs, and stuff like that, it is really great to be able tolisten to this stuff online. So what is it exactly that is involved in the live telecast?

David: Well, we have four we have four camera people in there, so were gonna beshowing you a composite of different slides that are gonna be used. Plus youregonna see the presenter. Youre gonna get a a live feed, also. Youre gonna

its gonna be recorded, so lets say you sign up and lets say on Saturday youhave to work, but you did sign up for Saturday. Youre gonna be able to watch itlater. So even if you missed part of it live, youre still gonna be its like TiVo.Its kind of recorded

    Lisa: Thats just great.

David: if you know what I mean.

Lisa: No, thats just great. So I mean, people can listen to it whenever they want. They just if they just click on this link and they sign up for this for the forthe webcast, its available. Its yours. Its yours and you can listen to it

    David: Exactly.

    Lisa: whenever you want to.

    David: In your own time.

Lisa: Right. Which is really super cool, and its three days of live webcast replays. Iparticularly like the George I think its Lamoureux?

David: Yeah. George Lamoureux. Hes hes hes an LA-based guy.

Lisa: Yes. And he talks about exactly what stress does to all systems of the body. And, then, he talks about ways that you can remedy, if you have the stress inyour life, and if it doesnt go, you know, just because of multiple kids runningaround, doing your work, and all that stuff, if stress just exists no matter what, hehas these great concepts and herbs, and so forth, on how to help the body in stay in balance during, you know, to restore it after the stress occurs and keeprestoring it. Not giving permission to people to burn themselves out, but it doesactually support people in a huge way. So hes also gonna be talking.

One of the things that so, okay. You guys go to TheAwareShow.com/Wolfe,W-o-l-f-e, and you click on the Special Offer button and you will learn all aboutthe the Longevity Conference webcast thats is available there. So I wantto go back to questions, because people are so great in asking some really goodquestions here. How is heres a really interesting one. How is your personalpower directly linked to nutrition?

David: Well, this is the best thing Ive been able to come up with, Lisa, and its my thisis the best phrase I got. You are what you eat. Its

Lisa: its the best phrase I got.

    Lisa: It makes sense.

David: Its the best phrase I got.

    Lisa: It makes sense.

David: It, you know, and and heres what weve never done. Weve never reallypushed that button all the way down. I Ive been I I spent the last 16years trying to push that button all the way down to the ennth degree to reallysee whats involved in radical nutrition. I mean, Im a gastronaut. It myexperience has taught me that actually when food is processed in the way thatwe process it, when its lost its natural and wild flavors and textures that we lose

some noble essences that are in the food that inspire us to create noble thoughtsand ideals and chilvalric aspirations. And that we can regain that by eating thesewonderful super foods and these great herbs and living foods on you know, ina in a way that that it begins to subtly influence our consciousness in theshort term but, in the long term, radically increases our strength, our energy, ourinspiration, our desire to live, our level of hope, et cetera.

Lisa: So it does. It is directly it is directly related .

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    16/29

David: Its directly related. Its the most related.

Lisa: And youre a great example of that. Okay. So Kathleen, from Australia, is askingabout fibromyalgia. She says that theres no cure, in the medical professionabout this, but it inflicts millions of people all over the world. What do you thinkmight be a common thread so that we could start working towards a solution for

something like fibromyalgia and other autoimmune disorders?

David: There is a lot that can be said for living foods, raw food diets for fibromyalgia, andenzyme rich diets are also very good for fibromyalgia and especially alleviatingthe pain. We know that fibromyalgia has a lot to do with this electron deficiencythat were talking about, meaning that, you know, all the years that we were onthis earth, we were always barefoot or we were touching the earth. We wereswimming in rivers and lakes and pools, and that kind of stuff. And when we we got into city living and we got out shoes on and all of a sudden were up inhigh high rise apartments, were were losing that grounding energy, andthis has a very strong influence on fibromyalgia and MS. Both conditions. So ifyou can get on the earth more, touch the earth more, swim in lakes and creeks

and rivers and pools more, youre going to get more of that healing electricity thatcomes out of the earth directly. Its like a mother thats always giving love to herchild. Thats how the earth is. Its always giving us love. When we put the shoeon it blocks it. And I I just have to put that out there, because the researchIve seen on this is overwhelming. Definitely just in the raw food field, this is whatyou need. Just add in the good things. Theres no taking away anything. Justadd in the fruits, the vegetables, the nuts, the seeds, the sea vegetables, thesprouts, flowers, wheat grass, the super foods and the super herbs with anemphasis on high enzymatic food, which is food thats like sauerkraut and foodslike honey, that have a lot more enzymatic activity than most other foods.

Lisa: Wow! So those super foods are the things that you just mentioned. Right? The

green the green foods you just mentioned.

David: You well, I I the super foods are things like spirulina, blue-green algae, honey wild honey, of course, not not orchard honey but wild honey. Beepollen, royal jelly, tricho, goji berries, Maca, the great super food from the Andes, these things are just theyre unbelievable. Its just, you know, its its reallyridiculous what we have access to in the Western world.

Lisa: Do you take all of these?

David: I pretty much take all that every day if Im eating. You know. If if Im fortunate

enough to get some food. Ive just been been on this long tour, and and insome places I I was choosing not to eat, because it wasnt the best choicesever that Im used to in in Los Angeles or Hawaii, so I I chose not to.

Lisa: Wow! So you just choose.

David: Yeah. Occasionally, Ill just do liquids or Ill Ill just, you know, do drink a lotof water instead of eating. Thats such a great key for health. you know, just skip

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    17/29

a meal and drink water instead. You if you do that every now and then onceevery few weeks, you cant believe what that does for you.

    Lisa: Really?

    David: Yeah.

Lisa: Now, do you have an and someones asking about the calcium content inwater. Do you any concern about that? What kind of water do you drink?

David: Yes, I have very concern about that, because thats the thing that gets us, is isthe scale. Right? Its the its the calcium in the water. Now, I drink springwater with low calcium content, which means we we also call that low TDS,which means Low Total Dissolved Solids. Strangely enough, listen to this, Lisa.I I literally traveled the entire southern hemisphere, all across New Zealand,Fiji, Australia, Indonesia, Japan, and and Hawaii and never once boughtwater. I drank water for free, spring water, in all those locations. It was it waslike magic. And because Ive been doing that for a long time, I have a sense of

how to do that, but I dont want to ask everyone to do that. Its very difficult ifyoure a beginner, but but I did that, and one of the things that that does foryou is that it informs you about whats going on in those ecosystems because, when you drink water from the earth, youre getting that direct connection to theearth.

Lisa: Wow! So you didnt drink it, bottled water, from places you went and actuallywent to the to the source

    David: To the sources

    Lisa: of the water.

David: of springs all around the world, and and we did that as part of our tour. Imean, we took the extra time to go drive an hour into the mountains and andgo get the spring water, and theres people who are hosting us who helped us dothat. And I

    Lisa: Wow!

David: I just want to let people know that it even wherever you are, especially wehad Judith in North Carolina on earlier. One of the reasons why I love NorthCarolina so much is in the west western portion of North Carolina, up there inthe Smokies, is probably the best drinking water in the entire world, coming out of

    springs up there.

    Lisa: Really?

    David: Its

    Lisa: Why is that?

    David: incredible.

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    18/29

Lisa: Is it the minerals that David: Its the minerals, but its the ancientness of that ecosystem. I mean, Appalachia,

especially the north Georgia mountains, western North Carolina, easternTennessee, that that ecosystem right there is probably the most intact ancientecosystem on the earth, left on the earth, and what builds up in that type of

ecosystem is a tremendous amount of spring water activity, or activity thatsdrawing water up out of the earth, which is purifying it. I mean, waters violatingthe law of gravity. Right? Its coming up on the top of the mountain. How couldthat happen? And therefore its dropping its sedimentary minerals, like calcium,in order to rise, and it has this levit levity quality which is exactly the type ofthing we need in order to produce great health for our joints and our nervoussystem and our immune system over our lifetime.

Lisa: Oh, my goodness! Well, that sounds that that makes perfect sense. Allright. Someone Denise, from San Francisco, is asking about mood swings. What causes them and whats a good way, like, some type of a supplement, formood swings?

David: Well, number one cause of mood swings and, actually, all nervous systemdisorders, including schizophrenia and and all different kinds of bipolarconditions is sugar. And and when I say sugar I mean everything from highfructose corn syrup and fructose, which has definitely been very stronglyimplicated in in nervous system disorders and and brain disorders, but alsoeven down to even having too much natural sugar. Lets say you had, you know, you ate a whole jar of honey. That that might throw your blood sugar out ofwhack, which could cause a mood swing to occur, so what we want to do tostabilize this is we want to have more fat and protein in our diet, but high qualitystuff. So instead of going to bacon, for example, we might want to go toavocados, which can give us great long term sustained even blood sugar energy.

Lisa: Mmm. I had one before I came to the show today because I I know youreDavid Avocado Wolfe.

    David: Yes.

Lisa: I ate one in honor of you. [Chuckling] I I eat them all the time, but I thoughtabout you when I was eating my avocado today. Okay. I want to ask you, because you are on such the the forefront of the the latest healthbreakthroughs, and and because this this Longevity Program that youredoing is 12 different world class people talking about longevity breakthroughs, what is whats floating your boat right now, David? What is like your best and

new favorite thing? I gotta ask, cause youre so good at this stuff.

David: You know, I I was doing an interview one day, and and somebody askedme about DNA.

    Lisa: Hmm.

David: And they they said, you know, Whats your thoughts about DNA? And, youknow, and at that time I was studying Bruce Liptons stuff on cell membranes

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    19/29

and the intelligence of cell membrane, and so I said, DNA is overrated. Iimmediately bit my tongue right after I said that, and I thought, you know, whatam I doing saying that? I havent really studied on DNA the way Id like to, so I

I went out and I I looked in my library, actually. Id had a bunch of books onDNA that I had not read. So I started reading up on DNA. That is really whatsfloating my boat right now, is is what were learning about DNA, how to

prevent DNA damage, which we know can lead to viral damage and even cancerand, then, what what is DNA all about anyway? I mean, this is one of themost interesting things thats been discovered, in the last 60 years on onearth, probably these most interesting, and its we all know what it is, but wedont know really what it does, or what its about. So I

    Lisa: Or if we

David: I got into it whats that now?

Lisa: Or if we can even change it.

David: Yeah. We can change it, so we we found out yes, you can change your DNA,your genetics can be improved by the way that you eat. Your genetics can be in

in affected. Listen to this. Your genetics can be affected and are affectedevery time you touch the earth barefoot. Every time because the earth itself is

is what we call a ground. Its like a ground wire. So it it it draws off ofyou any excessive amount of free radicals, automatically. So that makes youyounger. We know that. But it also affects your DNA, because your DNA has tocoil up like a snake, and that coiling action is like a fractal pattern that is yourbody has an easier time of replicating cells and all the fractal stuff that your that your DNAs doing when youre connected to the earth itself, because theearth is a reference for all your rhythms in your body, all the biological rhythms, including the DNA replication rhythms that go in with cell replication and cell

    reproduction.

Lisa: Yeah. Really? Its just as simple as walking barefoot on

David: It is that simple, and we were so fortunate that, you know, we live in a world, you know, most of us, were were not living in the Amazon where theres, like, you know, parasites that are gonna come out of the ground and go right in yourfoot, which can happen. But if you live in a place like Los Angeles, or you live in,you know, Florida, or or even North Carolina, or you live in Japan, you know, you dont have these problems, so you can literally walk around barefoot. And ifyoure in a city, you do the best you can. Not everythings perfect. And Ive beenworking with the worlds leading researcher on this subject, and hes gonna be

there at this event, by the way, and youre gonna be able to tune in on that, onthat

    Lisa: Eeuw!

David: on that link that were making available on The Aware Show, and he isactually coming up and and has created a whole bunch of groundingtechnology that allows you to be grounded, for example, when youre at yourcomputer, which means you maintain an electrical connection to the earth, so

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    20/29

when the EMFs of your computer or a WiFi or your cell phone hit you, theydischarge into the earth instead of the other situation, you know, most of thetime, these these EMF fields hit us and if theyre like a pinball machine, theydont ever discharge because were not ever allowing ourselves to touch theocean, or touch the the earth barefoot.

Lisa: Now is that Ian Clarke?

David: No. No. That is actually Clint Ober.

    Lisa: Clint Ober. Oh. Wow!

David: Yeah. And hes a surprise guest.

    Lisa: Ooh.

David: He hes opening the event with me. Hes a very good friend. You know, we we discuss these things regularly, whats been discovered. Hes done over 30

major studies on this subject over the last 12 years that are being its beingpublished, actually, in a book by Simon & Schuster coming out, called Earthing, and it his research is indicating very, very interesting stuff about the future ofour bedding, the future of our shoe wear, the future of the way were gonnaconstruct houses, so that we can bring this grounding energy into theconstruction of our homes, and our apartment buildings, and just the way we dothings.

Lisa: I have I have actual experience with this. And we slept in this grounding sheetfor awhile, and what it is, is its a combination of its just AC current. Its notDC. Is that correct?

David: Well, the earth itself is its always like its not AC or DC. Its closer to AC,probably, because it alternates. But it doesnt alternate. It alternates irregularly, the pulsations that come out of the earth in certain resonances, which we call theShuman Resonance. Now what you were probably doing is you had a sheet thatwas plugged into the ground wire of your home. Is that what it was?

    Lisa: Yes.

David: Thats it. So what whats happening there is youre actually groundingyourself when youre sleeping. Now a hundred percent of people who groundthemselves while theyre sleeping report better sleep. A hundred percent. Andthats what the scientific research is showing.

Lisa: And it was also studies showed that it it helps repair growth I mean, stimulate growth hormone at night, repair damaged cells. It was responsible forrelease of melatonin. All sorts of cellular repair happens when you hit that deep, deep level of sleep, and so it was something that was promoted for athletes, which is why I used it, because I was a cyclist. Well, I still am, but I wascompeting on the semi-pro circuit and I got that from somebody and it was just areally great thing for recovery. And they have these studies where professionalcyclists slept in them. And if they had crashed in a race, the healing time that

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    21/29

was shown with the type of road rash that they got, which I know, fromexperience, takes a long time to heal. The recovery time was incredible. Theresa lot to be said for the for that type of technology. Its really on the upswing.

David: Its its phenomenal. I was I was just researching all of that, what you justsaid about accelerated healing. You can almost triple your healing rate and

and this is very important if youre an athlete, and and, actually, the Tour deFrance was using this grounding technology, and thats probably how it got toyou, is somebody you know heard about it, and that kind of went through thegrapevine.

Lisa: Yes. Yeah. And I saw the whole video. John he was from a company calledGet Earthed, and it a really great a really, really great product. And youhad yes, theres depth pads that you can put right by your computer, that youcan put your wrist on or your feet on, and so forth. So thats exciting. Okay.

So all right. Once again, if you go to TheAwareShow.com/Wolfe, W-o-l-f-e,you can get your tickets to the live webcast, which is happening its

happening this weekend, but you can listen to it at your leisure as youre goingthrough and other people can listen with you, and so forth, cause its itsone of those things youre gonna want to listen to over and over again, cause thetechnologies are immense, are are quite incredible.

You were talking about DNA. What are DNA rich foods?

David: The most DNA rich food that we know of is bee pollen, which is the pollen offlowers thats collected by the bees. If you are in an area Im just Imhopped by North Carolina because I love it so much. But lets say youre there, and you want to get access to bee pollen. You just go to your local farmersmarket and start talking to some of the farmers there that that are offering

honey, and a lot of times theyll have fresh bee pollen there for you, and you startwith just a small amount, because some people have a little bit of an allergy to it.Just a small amount. See if it agrees with you. I like to mix it with honey and eatit that way, and thats one of the most DNA rich substances we know of. Anotherone, and this is Ian Clarkes discovery, is actually Marine Phytoplankton. Well, actually, all micro algaes from blue-green algae to spirulina, to Chlorella, toMarine Phytoplankton, are loaded to the hilt with DNA and RNA, and this is agreat way to actually access some of the minerals and micronutrients that arepresent in the DNA strand for our own body and our own DNA.

Lisa: Oh, my is is that the Quinton and those various types of sea water?

David: Well, the Quinton is actually, that is a what is its like a nectar of a flower .Theres no actual, like, DNA in it, because its a secretion. Its kind of like in theocean, the planktons secrete a nectar like a flower does but because theres somuch plankton in the ocean, theyll secrete so much of it that it will be likethousands of gallons of nectar, and Rene Quinton, a hundred and eleven yearsago, he actually figured out how to bottle that stuff in glass

    Lisa: Yes.

  • 8/10/2019 Tas Tools David Wolfe Transcript 159

    22/29

David: which is just unbelievable. You actually have to break the glass to take theproduct which, by the way, I take that product all the time. And I took it thismorning.

Lisa: I love that product. If you ever get a cold, or if youre getting any type of a flu-likesymptoms, it can knock it out of your body so fast.

David: And and thats Quinton, is Q-u-i-n-t-o-n, so if youre looking for that product, thats thats how youd find it.

Lisa: Its so great, too, if you have a sore throat, because its its, you know, thepurest type of salt water that youll ever find. Of course, its much more than that. But it is it is, I think, a super food, but its not really.

Okay. Richard, from Buffalo, New York, is asking about super foods. How often do you take super foods every single day, David?

David: Probably. Yeah. Because my diet is mostly super foods, and mostly the top

herbs in the world that, you know, if I have, like, a meal, like I Im trying tothink what I had yesterday. Yesterday I I had a meal. It was like a little rawfood meal, you know, something I got from the local health foods store that wasreally nice. But, you know, its its really its I know its bulk. Its fiber. Its flavor. Its good for me. Its all great stuff, but it doesnt turn the big switcheson like super foods and super herbs do. You know, goji berry, for example, throws on human growth hormone. You know, you cant get that from lettuce

Lisa: Wow! So you really do mostly live off of the super foods.

    David: Yes.

Lisa: Thats what you do. And thats how you stay consistent with the energy that youhave. More than that

    David: Its its really

Lisa: More than food, and you do not youre a vegetarian, obviously.

David: Yes. Im Im Im actually I mean, Im a vegan, but I dont believe thateverybody should be a vegan. It its one of these things you really have tomake your own decision about, but its definitely true that, whatever youreeating, and I I Im just thinking of my Internet team. These guys, I mean,we had a project we did about its almost a year ago now, and they worked all

night and day for about three weeks. It was one of those kinda deals.

    Lisa: Wow!

David: And and and, literally, one of my friends called me and said, Look. If ifit wasnt for super foods, we wouldnt have made it. We just wouldnt have madeit. And and these guys, you know, they eat all kinds of stuff, other than rawfoods and and that kind of thing. So I just want to put that out there. Its avery powerful add on if you are, you know, putting burning the midnight oil.

    23/29

Lisa: Interesting. So and is there one that, I mean, the goji berrys better than the

bee pollen? Or we just whatever you can get?

David: Well, let let me give you the quick list again.

    Lisa: Yes.

David: Goji berry, Maca, M-a-c-a. Its an adaptogenic super root from the Andes.

    Lisa: Mmm-hmm.

David: Raw Cacao and raw chocolate products. Of course, all the the honeyproducts and the bee products, like honey, royal jelly, bee pollen and Procoelous. And, then, theres the micro algaes, spirulina, blue-green algae, Chlorella andMarine Phytoplankton and, then, theres Aloe Vera, Noni, Hemp seed, some ofthe great sea weeds like kelp. I mentioned kelp in reference to iodine earlier. So

those are what we call the super foods, and those are things that you want tohave in your diet somewhere, somehow, especially if you find one you really like. You know, I had grew up with a with a woman and her two kids, you know, grew up with me. But her her diet was mostly aloe vera, interestingly, and shewas the most gorgeous, thin, beautiful woman well into her sixties until I lostcontact with that family but, I mean, thats what she lived on, was this aloe vera.

Lisa: Wow! Someone from Denmark is asking about coconut oil. Can you givecoconut milk to infants, but and, also, coconut coconut milk, in general?

David: Coconut products are safe for children. Theyre actually very good for childrenand they are a super food. Thats another one that I neglected to mention.

Coconuts contain the precursors of growth factors. And this this is one of thereasons I believe why, when youre when youre dealing with the greatPolynesian Nations like like Hawaii, these people, the ancient Hawaiians werehuge people, because they lived on coconuts. Its gives you growth factors, and this increases, for example, your childs weight, and and can actuallyaccelerate childs growth, so your child will be bigger and stronger.

Lisa: Really? Oh, fascinating. All right. I mean, are all these first of all, if you justtake one of these super foods youre in good shape, but you can take as manyas you want. Right? But try and get at least one in your diet. Goji berries. Areall created equal? I mean, theres all sorts of goji berry products out there now.Are they better? I mean, are they okay if theyre dehydrated? I mean, whats the

David: What to look for? Well, I I did I I did put a book out about a year agocalled Super Foods, The Food And Medicine of the Future, and one of the thingsI did put in there was like a buyers guide, like what to look for.

    Lisa: Great.

David: Cause they arent all created equal. Some of them are old. Some of them arenot organic. Some of it is, like really, like crunchy and some of it is wet and juicy. We want to look for goji berries that have a good, deep red color, but notnecessarily a bright red color. We want to look for goji berries that are not moist, but not so moist that theyre wet, but not so dry that theyre crunchy.

    Lisa: Okay.

David: We want to look for organic goji berries, wherever possible.

    Lisa: Great. All right.

Well, once again, I mean, as you can tell, David Wolfe is so filled with informationand so is this the three-day conference that hes doing, and you can whatyou if you do, go to TheAwareShow.com/Wolfe, W-o-l-f-e. Its up toyou guys. Basically, this is three days worth of the information that you just got inan hour times, you know, 300,000.

    [Laughter]

David: And and what what I love about it, too, is you just take what you can, youknow. A lot of its just, you know, fun, entertainment. It will all be entertaining. But, you know, not everybody can do everything, so you just kinda listen and go,Oh, you know, thats something I can do. I can do that one. You know, justtake that stuff.

Lisa: Oh, I love it, because its something that you can always have access to, onceyouve got the downloads then its yours forever, so you can listen to it wheneveryou want to. Lisa: Im sorry. Its half off.

David: Its half price for you guys, for for The Aware Show group, so I mean thatsalmost an thats literally an absurd deal.

What were you gonna say, David?

David: Well, I was just gonna say that the the amazing thing of this of this Internettechnology and our ability to bring this stuff right into your home is its such agift. You know, one of the things I learned about being down in Fiji, for example, and New Zealand, is that they dont have what we have what we have up here.

They dont have the health food stores. They dont have the information. Theydont have any of it. And what were doing with the Internet is were justbypassing all those barriers. Were just going right into your home with all theinformation and nobody can stop it. No one can do a thing about it. Its that isthe best news

    Lisa: Wow!

    David: ever.

Lisa: That is true. We do have access to that here. And theres so many this is a I mean, over 40 percent of the people listening to these calls are international, other than the US, so theres a lot a lot of people out there that, the moreinformation we can infiltrated into the communities, the better. And thats thereasons why we do calls like this.

And, also, I mean, one of the things that I love about David is that he teaches youhow to get this information from your from foods, from real, live foods. So youdont have to go out and get 97 supplements over. Supplements are so good, and I still take them, and theyre still great. But a lot of what we can get you cango out and create yourself, from either, you know, farmers markets or what not,and then juice it. You can really do a lot of this. This is very, very practical stuff.

David: Its super practical, and its super fun.

    Lisa: Yes.

David: I mean, you know, its like the first day that you eat I remember the first day Iate Dulse seaweed. You know, I remember that moment of, like, Whats this?Let me try this. And it was just one of those, like, revelations of flavor andtexture and, of course theres the health-giving qualities.

    Lisa: Gulf? G-u-l-f?

    David: No. Dulse, D-u-l-s-e.

    Lisa: Oh, Dulse.

David: Yeah. Dulse seaweed is one of the favorites in in the community that I hangout with that you know, Dulse with avocado is one of the most delicious littlecombinations, and that thats what you begin to discover, is all these amazingthings that are around you already, that you may not know about and, then, whatyou do is youre starting to empower all the organic farmers around you.

    Lisa: Yes.

David: You know, its just it it the ripple effects are outrageous.

Lisa: And, then, you get all of the, of course, what youre asking on the on thequestion area here about the healthy hair and about the essential fatty acids, andthe anti-aging and the dental issues, and so forth, all of this is what gets satisfiedwhen you start to put these really powerful nutrients. And this is beyond just rawfoods. This is beyond that. Were going to the next level here. It helps withweight gain and and chronic fatigue and all of that stuff.

What is, by the way, somebodys asking about chronic fatigue syndrome. Whatis that does that stem from?

David: Well, a lot of evidence now is indicating that most chronic fatigue is actuallyEpstein Barr, which is a type of its a herpes family virus, that actuallyHerpes 6, and its one of these issues that were really now able to address withour strategies, and that has to do with, you know, this whole Longevity NowProgram that I put together. And Im not talking about the conference. Imtalking about an actual its like a DVD set, CD set, and book, that goes intobreaking up the hold that some of these viruses have on us. And, by the way,Herpes Family Viruses are an epidemic in western society, but we have solutionsand tools now that we did not even have two years ago.

Lisa: Wow! You gotta just tell us, like, what?

David: Well, one of the things is is a little zapper. One of the guys whos gonna be atour presentation is he has these wonderful terminator theyre called theTerminator Two Zappers. His name is Don Croft, and its a simple little electrical

device that screws up any virus you get it close to. So lets say you were havingHerpes outbreaks on your lip and youre just, you know, sick of it. You wear thislittle device. You know, say you put it around, you know, I usually wear it likewhen Im on an airplane and put it on right underneath my belly button, and itaffects my blood the entire flight. So Im healing myself while doing nothing. Imsitting there anyway. But the closer you can get it to where the problem is, thequicker it works. So what it does is it disarms the organisms, like viruses, thatare overtaking our healthy cells by adding electricity or electrons to our healthcells and our immune system, which is, ultimately, the fuel that our immunesystem needs. So it it works by using a little electrical trick that wasdiscovered in the 1970s, but wasnt really made widely available, and wasntbrought to its appropriate form right until this last two years.

Lisa: Oh. Shoot. I have gotta get me one of those. That is amazing. I mean, so we it also could have take care of airborne viruses, like flu?

David: Yeah. Like, for example, if if you just do a little research on zappers, youllfind out that people who wear a zapper for an hour a day never get the flu, cannot get any kind of cold or virus or anything like this. And and see, this remember what we all heard when we were kids is, like, Oh, theres no cure forthe common cold? Yes, there is. It has been cured a long time ago. But you

    27/29

its not a single thing. Its a combination of things. And when you add a zapperinto your protocol and its real easy, because I Im not walking aroundzapping myself all day. But if Im sitting in the car and Im not doing anything elseanyway, I have it right there on my dashboard, and I put right there underneathmy belly button and as I drive to my wherever Im going. Im Im healingmyself and it just its just like an add on to what everything else Im doing is

and, when you put all the pieces together, thats when you really start clickinginto very high vistas of where our our health technology is going.

Lisa: Oh, you are so much fun to hang out with! [Chuckling]

David: It its a lot of fun to bring it to people, too.

    Lisa: Nice.

David: Because, you know, people, when you see it in action, then it its a littlebit different. Because if you hear me talking about it, its like, Okay. Whats thisguy all about? But when you see it, it really is hilarious. Its, like, its we havesuch a great time with this stuff.

Lisa: Oh, God, yes! I mean, thats the best part about it, is you make this all fun. Andyou make it all user friendly.
