1 -WHO WE ARE:
Shimi Azar Jaam Co., (SAJ Co.) has been established in 2004 in Tehran/Iran. It
is specialized in manufacturing anti corrosion glass lined and fluoropolymer
lined( PTFE, PFA, FEP, ECTFE) equipment such as: chemical reactors, storage
tanks, distillation tanks, bolted tanks, columns, heat exchangers, pipes and
fittings, and all kinds of nonstandard chemical equipment and accessories.
For year's effort, SAJ Co., has established technical cooperation relations with
international leading glass lined manufacturers. The company boasts advanced
manufacturing technology, perfect condition of equipment, and advanced
testing methods.
2 -METHODS OF PREVENTING CORROSION
• Choose the right material
• Proper design
• Cathodic and anodic protection
• Applied coatings Metal coatings
Inorganic coatings: - Enamels
- Ceramics
- GlassOrganic coatings:
- Paints
- Rubbers
- Fluoropolymers
3 -GLASS LINING
3-1) GLASS-LINED ADVANTAGES:
• EXCELLENT CORROSION RESISTANT
• WIDE RANGE TEMPERATURE WORKING CONDITION
• EXCELLENT ABRASION RESISTANT
• SMOOTH SURFACE & NON- STICK PROPERTIES
• NON- CATALYTIC INERTNESS
• MULTI-PURPOSE USAGE IN DIFFERENT MEDIA
• EASY CLEANING TO MEET GMP REQUIREMENTS
• SUITABLE FOR HIGH PRESSURE & VACUUM CONDITION

3-2) Glass Lined is Best Solution :
3 -GLASS LINING
3-2-2) At temperatures between -25°C and 220°C
3-2-3) In limited thermal shock ( ΔT: 140 °C )
3-2-4) In cases that your product is
sticky such as some polymers ( more
better than polished steel)
3-2-5) In cases that you need Corrosion
resistance more than stainless steel and
other coatings
3-2-6) When you need corrosion
resistance like hastelloy, tantalum,…
3-2) Glass Lined is Best Solution :
3 -GLASS LINING
3-3) How can you have a glass lined equipment?
3 -GLASS LINING
3-3-1) Give us your process information like: temperature, pH, chemical media, …
3-3-2) Give us the capacity you need
3-3-3) According to the your process conditions, we design the equipment and will be manufacture
after your confirmation
3-3-4) There is no possibility of glass lining your current equipment because the metal construction of
this equipment must be in accordance with specific standards
3-3-5) Due to the need of heat treatments, glass lining is not possible on the client’s site
3-4) Which equipment can be glass lined

4 -FLUOROPOLYMERS LINING
4-1) About fluoropolymersA fluoropolymer coating does not just change the appearance of an object.
This type of technology is widely known as surface engineering – improving,
protecting or altering the properties of the surface to which it is applied.
Each coating system is manufactured to a rigorously controlled specification
to maintain product consistency at all times.
