To check materials quantity & according to the purchase order receive from suppliers and give them location and code number.

Arrangement of received material in safe, secure storage area as per management. An operational position within the warehouse system responsible for the control of store

personnel, paper flow systems, equipment and materials. Controls the physical receipts and issues of all materials and associated reporting

procedures. Maintains an orderly and well defined store layout and location systems. Controls an appropriate record system and instigates reporting procedures to improve the

efficiency of the overall operation. Provides the Operation and Maintenance technicians with an efficient and detailed supply

service. To supervise material receipt, unloading and placement in assigned storage location. To check material received quantities and specifications against order documents. Experience in Computer based inventory control system. Checks of inventory and of items stored in different locations. Monitors receipts and issuance of materials for update computer files appropriately. Sending emails to the clients and higher management when ever required.
