WORK EXPERIENCE

Works closely with Value Stream Manager to make commits to the customer, maintain build plans and meet customers’ requirements with the available company resources. Identify Bill of Material errors; manage change process for Bill of Materials and work orders. Analyze and evaluate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) explosion to assure demand requirements are met. Share responsibility for the establishment of inventory plans with Value Stream. Responsible for reviewing Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) system to ensure planning hours, capacity and overtime percentages have been loaded correctly. Identified and helped remove any bottle necks that were keeping parts from flowing effectively. Typed labels and applied them to any of the parts that needed to be replaced. Coordinated with the manufacturing supervisor and employees on the priorities for the day. Worked the engineering on any problems that could affect the flow of parts. Managed Rework, Repair or Scrap parts that were either moved to a hold status or scrapped from system. This had to be done in a timely manner to maintain requirements supported schedule. Prioritized critical parts that were in rework to improve steady flow.
