Completing Prerecorded Video Interview Request Welcome, you've been invited to complete a prerecorded video interview with our organization! During the video interview session, you will be asked to answer a set of questions. Follow the prompts below to record and submit your recorded video interview responses to our hiring team. 4. Click relaunch.

Updating Mozilla Firefox

By default, Mozilla Firefox is set to update automatically. You can perform a manual update following the steps below.

1. On your computer, open Mozilla Firefox. 2. In the top right corner of the screen, click the three horizontal bars. 3. Click preferences, and scroll down to Firefox updates. 4. Click check for updates and Firefox will begin checking for updates and download

automatically. 5. When the updates are ready to be installed, click restart to update Firefox.

Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer are not supported web browsers

Safari is incompatible.

VIEWING PRERECORDED VIDEO INTERVIEW INVITATIONS

To view your prerecorded video interview invitations, follow the steps below.

1. In your personal email inbox, find and open the email inviting you to complete the video interview.

2. Click the video interview invitation link. The invitation link is unique to each user and launches your candidate portal.

PRERECORDED VIDEO INTERVIEW SYSTEM CHECK From the candidate portal, click enter video interview room.

The system check prompt will launch on your screen, click get started to proceed. Completing the system check is the first step in having a great video interview experience.

When the system check is complete, one of the following system check reports will display.

The device successfully passed the system check and will receive the high-quality interview experience.

The video interview software fully supports the internet browser, but the system check was unable to connect to the server. To remedy the warning message, try the following resolutions:

• Ensure the device's camera is not in use by another program on the computer. • If you're using a laptop and it's connected to an external monitor, ensure the lid of

the computer is open. • Rerun the system check and allow the web browser to use your microphone and

camera. • If the camera's external, make sure it's on and properly connected to the

computer.

The device cannot connect to the system check and you may encounter technical challenges with the video interview room when proceeding.

The devices web browser is not compatible with the video interview software. To remedy the error message, you must launch a new web browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

If a warning message appears after the system check, you're able to proceed with the video interview invitation, but quality issues may arise later in the process.

SETTING UP YOUR MICROPHONE & CAMERA Follow the prompts that appear on the screen regarding what actions to take next. 1.To start the video recording your responses, click next.

2. Check your web browser version and update to the most current version.

3. Check to see that your microphone is not muted. The picture of the microphone shouldn't be obstructed.

ANSWERING PRERECORDED VIDEO INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

1. Complete a test recording by clicking the green start recording button speak a few sentences and then click stop recording.

2. Click play response back and confirm the sound quality is clear and your camera

is not blurry. It will take a few moments to load the video playback. If satisfied with the test recording, click OK to load the predetermined interview questions.

3. An interview question will appear at the top of the screen. After formulating your

response, click start recording. Upon click, the timer will begin counting down to zero.

4. To progress to the next interview questions, click review to approve your response. A video playback of the recorded response will load.

Internet Connectivity

When participating in video interviews, it's best practice to use a hard-wired internet connection. If wired internet connection's unavailable, select a Wi-Fi network with a strong signal.

Multiple Attempt Questions Some interview questions allow many attempts. i.e. the opportunity to re-record interview response if you're not satisfied. Remaining attempts display in the bottom left corner of the screen. If you click next question, you will not have the ability to view or edit previously responses.
