Yes. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is the governing body enforcing federal anti-discrimination laws. It’s most recent guidance permits the use of video resumes in hiring so long as the recruiter is measuring candidates’ experience and skills against the job description without consideration of a candidate’s membership in a protected class.
