TRANSCRIPT

Incineration is a solution for handling solid and liquid waste, mainly on board vessels and offshore

installations, but also used on shore. Our incinerators are fully automatic PLC controlled for

environmentally optimal waste destruction. The construction is compact, simple and efficient,

and complies with IMO, USCG and all class requirements. For easy retrofit the incinerators can,

if required, be delivered as an equipment package for assembly in the required location on board.

TeamTec IncineratorFulfill the requirements for modern shipboard incinerators:

• Automatic control and operation (no filters, no strainers, self cleaning nozzle)

• Low maintenance cost

• Minimal consumption of pilot fuel

• Modular construction with a compact and sturdy design

• Navy fleets and Coast Guard world wide • Major Cruise Lines

• All major Shipping Companies • Fixed Production Units

• Power Plants • Supply Vessels

• Floating Production Units

• Holiday Resorts, more than 100 units installed at Maldives

With 35 years experience and 8000 units sold TeamTec incinerators are well known in the market.

Some of our market areas:

TeamTec incinerators have been developed with a strong focus on the need for practical

and environmentally sound solutions. The technical specifications have always been updated

as needed to meet existing and even future requirements.

• Developed primarily for disposal of bilge water

• Increase sludge capacity

• May solve OWS problems, with upcoming stricter requirements

• Reduced NOx emission

• No filters or strainers

• No chemicals

• No more “magic pipes”

• Inexpensive

• IMO certified

• Quick and simple upgrading of existing incinerators

Introducing Bilge Water Injection For TeamTec Incinerators

PURPOSE AND BENEFITS The original aim was and is to provide a supplement to the OWS.

The problems related to processing bilge water through the OWS are well known, even with the

current 15 ppm requirement, and even tougher regulations are in the works. Older incinerator

models can easily be upgraded with our certified water injection upgrading kit.

Recommended ship’s incinerator installation

For most economical operation and optimal efficiency of the incinerating plant we recommend installing two sludge tanks allowing for proper water settling and drainage. One tank is used for settling and the second one is the service tank. All TeamTec tanks are complete with sludge circulation pump, level switches and thermostat. Other optional items available.

Heating options: •steam •electric •thermal oil •super heated water

Optional supplements:

• TeamTec water in oil monitor for a perfect control of your sludge oil quality, available upon request.

• Level gauge for read out on incinerator display
