Nike plans to will move its New York headquarters from Midtown South to the Penn Station- area building once construction is completed in early 2016. The 42-story tower will total 570,000 square feet office, retail and residential components. Nike will anchor the office space on floors three through six and a portion of the second floor. The space includes a 15,000-square-foot outdoor roof-top deck for Nike's exclusive use. Eric Engelhardt, Thomas Bow and Rocco Romeo with The Durst Organization represented the landlord in-house. Nike currently occupies space at 111 Eighth Ave., a building owned and largely occupied by Google. Recently, Google has cleared out other office tenants in the building in order to free up space for its own expansion. In addition to offering to buy out Nike from its lease, Google also offered a buyout deal to WebMD to vacate the building. McCormick has selected Greenfield Partners as its development partner and is working with the property owner to hammer out an agreement for the site with a targeted occupancy date of mid- 2018. Sparks-based McCormick stated it considered other locations in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania before identifying 99 Shawan as its preferred destination. Rice Energy Signs New HQs Lease

Rice Energy signed a 150,000-square-foot long-term lease for its new headquarters in Zenith Ridge 3located in Southpointe, PA. This location will be the energy firm's fourth building in Southpointe andwill enable Rice to consolidate its employees under one roof. Occupancy is planned for nextFebruary.

Zenith Ridge is a three-building, 486,000-square-foot office campus under development by QuattroPartners. Burns Scalo Real Estate Services Inc. is providing third-party services. By MarkHeschmeyer

Football Fanatics Leases 58,000 SF in Jacksonville

Football Fanatics, a sports apparel distributor, signed a five-year lease to take 58,000 square feet at8100 Nations Way in Jacksonville, FL.

The single-tenant office building was constructed in 1999 in the Cypress Point Business Park, whichincludes more than 10 office and flex buildings located on the southeast side of Jacksonville.

HGL Properties LP developed and currently owns the property. Peter Crolius and Mark Scott ofGraham Co. represented HGL Properties in the transaction. Football Fanatics is expected to beginits term August 1, 2015. By Michael Cobb

GoPro Leases 45,000 SF in Carlsbad

GoPro has leased 45,000 square feet at the Make redevelopment project at 5600 Avenida Encinas inCarlsbad, CA. The 175,000-square-foot office project was formerly an industrial warehouse that wasre-purposed to a new single-story office design by CM Management Services Inc.

CollegeNET Inc. signed a renewal lease for its 38,546 square feet and a new lease for an additional6,182 square feet of office space at 805 SW Broadway in Portland, OR, with the new lease takingeffective May 1st.

Manion Gaynor Manning Leases 31,000 SF in Boston

Manion Gaynor Manning, a law firm that specializes in commercial and business litigation, leased31,203 square feet at the Oliver Street Tower in downtown Boston.

Cigna Renews Office Lease in Buckhead

Bloomfield, CT-based Cigna Corp. signed a 75-month renewal for its 30,031-square-foot space at3500 Piedmont Rd. in Atlanta. The seven-story office building was constructed in 1982 and totals242,092 square feet. It is located within the Securities Centre office park in Upper Buckhead.

The global health insurance provider will continue to occupy a majority of the second floor. Thedecision to renew at the location was driven by the firm's desire to stay centrally located in theBuckhead area.

Commodore Builders Leases 31,930 SF in Waltham

Commodore Builders, a mid-sized construction firm, signed a sublease for 31,930 square feet at 404Wyman St. in Waltham, MA. The five-story building totals 449,000 square feet in the Hobbs BrookOffice Park 2. Hobbs Brook Management owns and manages the property.

Commodore Builders leased a portion of the fourth floor. Other notable tenants in the building areNovell Inc. and Compuware.

Progressive Casualty To Consolidate in Hunt Valley

Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. signed a lease with Hill Management Services Inc. for 15,042square feet of space at 11350 McCormick Road (Executive Plaza II) within the Executive Plazacomplex, a four-building portfolio containing approximately 550,000 square feet of commercial officespace in the Hunt Valley section of Baltimore County.

The company plans to consolidate its claims and legal operations, which are currently contained inseparate buildings in Owings Mills and White Marsh, into this new location.
