IntroductionBig journeys start with small steps, example opening this NST application for AIESEC in Oman!

When I arrived to AIESEC in Oman more than year ago it was the entity no one knew more than its country next to Dubai. In one year we showcased almost 200% growth in our exchange results, average 1.5 applications per every local leadership position and growing from 2 LCs to 4 local entities in the country.

Here we go, starting term 15.16 with the biggest and the most international MC team of the AIESEC in Oman and aiming for new peaks. Our goal for the entity until February is 507 exchanges and this is not something we can do alone.

If you are looking real potential and the ambitious people to work with, this is opportunity for you. We believe AIESEC has relevance in Oman and through actions and ambition we are able to showcase it to everyone.

So are you ready to join this memorable journey with us?

-MC Shams
