impacting the world through leadership development experiences. AIESEC has been facilitating youth leadership activi-ties as well as international internships & volunteer experiences for over 65 years. We are present in 124 countries and territories.

Since the establishment of AIESEC in Sri Lanka in 1995, as a member chapter of AIESEC Interna-tional, we have been creating positive impact through international experi-ence centered leadership development to drive this country for the better-ment of youth in the future.

We are focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development. AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to participate in international internships, experience leadership and a global learning environmenft. AIESEC is run by young people for young people, enabling a strong experi-ence to all its stakeholders and more than 350 organizations have made us their first-choice partner in diverse portfolios over the past few years.

National Leadership Development Seminar is the third and the largest National Conference of the academic term and brings to-gether our incoming and outgoing leadership teams under the theme ‘Instill excellence in you’.

Enjoying Participation and Living Diversity are two of our organization’s Visions, so to replicate that the participation for the confer-ence would be diverse and vibrant. The profile for the 250+ delegates is split into three main tracks. Amongst them there would be freshers for their University life who are seeking their career prospects, Senior Under-graduates whom are looking towards the employability perspectives, and the alumni, who are concerned about entrepreneurial opportunities.

The Annual National Leadership Development Seminar is organized by AIESEC, Sri Lanka for the 14th consecutive year to empower youth by cultivating their leadership capacity and crafting future spearheads.

National Leadership Development Seminar 2014 is an approach of engaging AIESECers in a journey towards building successful leaders, team workers, professionals and achievers with self-confidence and charisma.

NLDS 2014 expects to gather fresh, talented undergraduates from local and foreign universities. The 04 day residential conference, with an anticipated participation of 300 delegates, will be held on 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th of October, 2014.
