I'm so excited to be bringing you the best NLDS that AIESEC in
Morocco has ever seen, we have very motivated and engaged OC
members that are working together to deliver to you guys an
awesome conference.
In each AIESEC conference, you get the chance to connect with new
people with different mindsets, and to understand why we put so
much into this organization, so don't miss the chance to attend this

There is only one festival every year where we celebrate AIESEC in
Morocco Leaders: The National Leadership Development Seminar
2015 is waiting for you, with a strong conference team, working day
and night to ensure for you the best delegate experience.
2015 is the year for change, the year where AIESEC in Morocco will
witness the creation of a new generation, new generation of
achievers, fighters and leaders, purposeful for the growth of their
home land, Morocco. NLDS is definitely the first step to take part of
this change generation.

Dears of AIESEC in Morocco,NLDS is always a turning point for AIESEC in Morocco, where we witness
the election of the next generation LEADER, who will drive this entity to a
continuous growth and shape its path. But this is not all for NLDS 2015.
As Agenda Manager of this conference, I am honored to have the
responsibility of contributing to our membership education. The « HOW »
is by focusing on three main blocks to provide the right learning and
development ground for everyone and strengthen their inner and outer
journey.
Starting by delivering the right behaviors we should develop in every
experience in AIESEC, by bringing the clarity of the role, connect it with the
organization essence. Provide relevant systems and tools needed for the
entity goals achievements. And to create the healthy environment for self
discovery and improvement.

Each year AIESEC hosts hundreds and hundreds of delegates during its three national
conferences.
We'd like to welcome you to the second biggest AIESEC national conference of the year, the
National Leadership Development Seminar, which is expecting you this January the 23rd, 24th
and 25th. What makes this conference special is Leadership Enhancement Theme in our
entity, emphasized by Presidential Elections and reflective workshops addressing the theme.
But this year conference main purpose is:
« Empower & enhance AIESEC in Morocco membership journey through essential
elements of the organization leadership »
We are in an Era of Change, a period of taking new challenges and going beyond our limits to
contribute in achieving Gen2015. This implies to bring change through every single action,
session, conversation…etc, that will happen during NLDS 2015.

• Do NOT send the application form until you’re sure of your attendance
to the conference. Once the Application Form is submitted, your
attendance is mandatory and expected, and fees need to be paid under
any circumstances.
• Badges must be worn all the time. Any delegate caught without a badge
will be punished.
• Your behaviour is a mirror that reflects your whole entity so keep it
classy. Any inappropriate action will be faced with strict consequences.
• Attendance and punctuality, make sure to ALWAYS be on time for the
sessions. Any latecomers are not allowed in until the end of the session,
and will face the usual punishment.
• The Key holder must return the key on the last day, at the checkout.
Make sure to keep the rooms clean and in a good condition.
• The agenda should always be respected, be on time for your meals. 15
