Members of the new Council will represent the community as parents, volunteers, employers and employees, and with a range of ages and backgrounds. The Electors created the team that has to work together and team building is an important component of the orientation. Orientation will take place on various dates and times between October 20 and the first quarter of 2018 – more intense between October 20 and November 3rd. It is spread over time because Orientation and Team Buidling is a journey not an event. Nov 1 - a full day with Eli Mena, a Board Effectiveness Consultant and Registered Parliamentarian.
