Visitor-To-Visitor EngagementWe ramp up our Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube campaigns in the weeks leading up to the show. Our keynote speakers are instrumental in drumming up excitement about the event to their large followings on social media channels. As the activity increases, visitors begin engaging with one another through these channels, which creates pre-event networking and in turn, a cast iron reason to attend and meet one another face-to-face.

In addition to the extensive media and partners marketing campaign, we ensure that pre-registered visitors remain engaged with and excited about the event, ensuring it remains a ‘must’ in their diary. 89% of our pre-registered visitorstypically go on to attend the event, which is far above the average of just 60% across the board for free-to-attend trade exhibitions. So what makes us different?

Why do pre-registered visitors attend?

I couldn’t recommend more highly.Stuart Spice, buzzbox Telecom

16ALTERNATIVE OPPORTUNITIES

Alternative OpportunitiesOur mission is to help you to achieve your marketing goals at the event. If there’s anything you’d like to do for that all-important big impact on the audience, we can work with you to make it a reality. We’ve worked with clients in the past to produce all kinds of creative branding solutions, from a giant red telephone in the registration area to brand-ed printed footsteps guiding visitors from a client’s workshop to their stand. Anything and everything is open to discussion and we would welcome the opportunity to work with you to find a solution to your brand exposure aims.

ShowSponsorship Sponsorship of The Business Show is a unique opportunity to establish a brand association and strong relationships early in the journey of tomorrow’s blue chips. The two tiers of sponsorship offer a range of opportunities to display your branding prominently around the event and across the advertising campaign. Ask us for more information.

FeatureSponsorship There are numerous sponsorship opportunities, all designed to offer you a big branding impact on the visitor, from speed networking to advice clinics. They draw in visitors and create a real buzz. Sponsoring a feature will ensure your brand stands out from the crowd, attracts your target audience and gives you data of the visitors who book it in advance. You’ll also have the added benefit of your branding appearing in all the visitor collateral and on the website.

@TheBusinessShow was a huge success for Hyve Hyve – The Business Show ExCeL 2014 Sponsors

Sponsoring the Boardrooms worked really well for us, we could engage the targeted audience onsite, whilst taking advantage of the wider branding opportunities it presented us. Great fun and excellent ROI, what more could we ask for?

Warren Cass, Business Scene

“Great crowd! The show definitely attracts small businesses that want to grow, fast, and are taking the right steps to make it happen. Tightly run from a logistics point of view as well.”

Brian Lavery, SMB Partnerships Manager, Twitter EMEA

17ALTERNATIVE OPPORTUNITIES

Workshops One way to guarantee pre-qualified leads and make a big branding impact on the show is to host a workshop, based on a proven formula previously operated by Google, Yell, SAGE and Microsoft.

Unlike any other form of B2B marketing, there is no uncertainty. These 30 minute hands-on interactive sessions throughout the day allow you to demonstrate your products and expertise. Workshops are the exhibition equivalent of pay-per-click marketing and the price is on a ‘per seat’ basis, so you only pay for as many hot prospects as you can take on.

Advertising OpportunitiesAdvertise your products and services to the entire audience and incentivise them to visit your stand through the visitor’s digital show guide which is emailed to every single person who registers for a ticket to the event.

Sponsorship opportunities include:

Angels DenBusiness ConnectionsBusinesses For Sale LiveFacetimeMidas TouchSeminar HallsSpeed NetworkingThe BoardroomsTweet MeetWorkshops

Volusion held a workshop and over the two days there were a total of 400 places. The workshop applications were enormous – we had a total of 943 people apply to be involved.
