MD Shamsuri MD Isa – People Strategist Shamsuri Isa or better known as Sham Isa plays a prominent role in organization’s Human Capital Management for the past 16 years in national and international platforms. Human Capital/ Resources has been his line of work and his expertise areas are Talent Management full-cycle – Competency Management, Performance Management, Learning, Leadership & Talent Development, Progression & Succession Management, and Transformation. Sham holds a Masters of Science in Management Psychology from the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource, Marketing and Counseling Psychology from the United States. A certified Assessor and an industry board advisor in Malaysia. He has had a diverse career in HR; both as a consultant and practitioner in various organizations. Prior to his current appointment with Malaysia Airports, he was with Ernst & Young, LLP with dual role; tactical and consultancy for Mid-Atlantic Region, USA. Thereafter, he assumed an HR partnering role in few multinationals serving diverse market units; Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Later moved as Vice President of Talent Management & Retention for Khazanah Nasional and Prime Minister Office, and was responsible for designing, developing and implementing talent management and organization development practices and initiatives for Multinationals, Government Link Companies and Ministries. Sham currently is the Senior General Manager, leading full spectrum of Human Resources for Corporate and Subsidiaries in Malaysia Airports.
