Final Design of Wood Body to be made by ShopBot ShopBot 13. Rear axle mount and Front wheel forks are made by myself: using Iron Angle Pipes, Round Pipes, Steel plates and Round rods 14. Thank you Takemura-san at FabLab Hamamatsu who helped the welding of Rear Axle Mount & Front Folks 15. Cutting the Wood Body by Shopbot at Keio SFC Super FabLab thanks to Prof. Hiro Tanaka SFCShopBot 16. Wood Body cut by ShopBot One extra for Strengthen Test possible ShopBot 21 17. Purchased Bolts & Nuts, Rear Auxiliary Wheels 18. Assembling the Differential Unit, wheels with the Mount made in FabLab Hamamatsu to complete Rear axel unit 19. Fixing the Rear axle unit with bolts to the wood frame 20. Hub to support the front wheels also fixed by U-bolt U Freerider 21. 2 Main body plates combined with Hub plate and reinforcement to complete the Main Body 2 22. Handle and front wheels detached from Freerider, now mounted to the main frame Freerider 23. Combining Rear Axle Unit and Main Body Design error! Differential unit touches the body 24. The Seat from Freerider and Battery now in place Freerider 25. The workshop is my office 26. Test Ride!! Hacksaw and file I used the most. Feeln great!! 27. Fixed the body to free differential unit, now its picture time 28. As of Friday, last week, May 23 Long way to come! !! 29. Together with VCS-s3 I am using now More works to put motor controller, wiring the battery and painting for rust- and water-proof VCS-s3 30.
