Henry Fink leads GRDI with over 40 years of hospitality real-estate development experience including hotels and destination resorts around the world. He has taken an active role in over fifty projects, including Hilton International, Hyatt International, Holiday Inn Hotels, AmanResorts, One&Only Resorts, Mandarin Oriental, independent properties, destination golf resorts (including ClubCorp International).

In addition to GRDI’s hospitality and real estate activities, Mr. Fink’s background also includes corporate development and asset management experience with the Hong Kong Hilton, the Malta Hilton, and the Bali Hyatt, City Developments Limited

(Singapore), Kerzner International (Bahamas), Hollywood Casino Corporation (USA), and the Rosewood Corporation (Texas). He also directed the development of 22 hotel projects in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and Panama for Posadas de México, SA de CV. As a licensed real estate agent, he has arranged and closed commercial real estate, resort and hotel transactions for his clients.

Mr. Fink’s career spans projects throughout the world in the United States, México, Central America, Panama, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and Asia/Pacific.

Hotel and Resort Experience: Helmut Knipp brings to GRDI’s clients and partners a strong international background in development, operations, sales and marketing, food and beverage and finance, with special emphasis on turnaround situations. Mr. Knipp’s hospitality management experience began with hotel General Manager positions with Hilton Hotels Corporation and Marriot Corporation. Mr. Knipp’s experience broadened over the past 50 years with senior corporate executive positions involving operations and development responsibilities with Lincoln Hotels, Peabody Hotel Group,

Ramada Renaissance - North America, CCA International (Hong Kong with operations in 14 Countries) as Managing Director and most recently Langham Hotels International (Hong Kong) as Senior Vice President – Development Worldwide.

Global Reach: After completing his hotel studies in Germany, Helmut Knipp’s hotel and resort professional experience extended to North America, East Asia and the Middle East and includes the planning and operation of commercial hotels, city clubs, destination resorts and golf clubs.

Rick Martin specializes in managing all aspects of project management, design/programming, technical assistance, construction and renovation of hospitality projects as a registered Architect. He offers over twenty years of design and construction management experience to GRDI clients and partners. Rick’s corporate experience includes hotel development with Holiday Inns, Embassy Suites, Marriott International, Bristol Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels. Rick's professional management style allowed him to successfully develop hotels for each of these brands throughout North America, including the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii,

Canada and Mexico.

Rick has been responsible for approximately 70 projects approaching $ 1.2 Billion in value during his career.

He managed the commercial real estate lending divisions for two financial institutions and served as Chairman of the Board of Arkansas Federal Bank. In addition to his project finance activities on GRDI’s Executive Advisory Board, Mr. Crow is also President of Crow Finance and Realty (www.crowfinance.com), specializing in real estate investment banking services internationally. Mr. Crow is well known as a community leader in Dallas, Texas and has distinguished himself internationally in non-profit initiatives.

Mr. Wolpert also served five years as Senior Development Officer for MHM/Richfield, when that company owned or managed over 100 hotels with fifteen different brands.

Mr. Wolpert brings a wealth of industry knowledge to GRDI clients and partners through his activities in Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage and Finance as Director of Real Estate with the PKF Capital Markets Group. Mr. Wolpert also provides

Asset Management services through PKF Consulting Group. These roles provide GRDI clients and partners with a professional, multi-faceted perspective of the hotel and resort industry.

Almaraz currently serves as the Vice President (Legal Affairs) of the Mexican Chambers of Industry (CONCAMIN) and is a Member of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys. Lic. Almaraz is the founder and principal

partner of Mexico’s premier professional lobbying firm, Grupo Estrategia Política (www.gep.com.mx) which operates in strategic alliance with a leading global law firm.

He regulated the four billion dollar per year casino industry in Atlantic City and served as a member of the Board of the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority.

Mr. Smith is recognized worldwide as a leader in casino regulation, having counseled numerous governments in East Asia (including the Japanese Diet), Australasia, Europe, Africa,
