Located a few kilometres from the town of Umbertide, it is perfect for

exploring this splendid region, often called the green heart of Italy. Lake

Trasimeno, of particular interest to nature lovers, is just over half an

hour’s drive away, while the historic cities of Perugia and Assisi, with

their splendid medieval and renaissance landmarks, are also within

easy reach. Guests seeking other outdoor activities will also be spoilt

for choice, and the area is a haven for hikers, walkers and mountain

bikers. There are also a number of golf courses within 30 kilometres of

the property.
