Partnered with Studios on many exclusive DTR moments in License to elevate our design POV and offer our Guest a range of looks within License. Collaborates: Lead our design partnerships with key overseas Business Partners to create additional art and graphic extensions of internally designed assortments through sharing of key seasonal trends, business strategies and training of OB Principals. is initiative drove efficiencies within our Textile Art Team by adding in over 400 pieces of additional original art in 2014. Research, Analyze and Formulate the trend direction for 7 Kids II private brands. Create and present the Kids II season- al trend presentation to all levels internally and to key customer accounts. Implemented the use of company “Brand Guardrails” to help maintain individual Brand identities and clearly define our brands by style and level of Good, Better, Best. Served as liaison between sales team, executive staff and product development team. Travel globally to sell and present fashion and design direction for our products to key accounts.
