September 6, 2013 To Whom It May Concern, I unreservedly recommend Skylar Urban for any position that requires excellent communication skills, a problem solving ability, teamwork, and a great attitude. Skylar possesses these attributes and many more that I find highly desirable in a professional workplace. It is with some trepidation that I write this letter as I would prefer to have Skylar continue his employment at Moog. I first met Skylar a little over a year ago when he was hired as the Production Control Analyst on a multi-million dollar program in support of the United Stated Marine Corps. The program had a very aggressive schedule to deliver complex electro-mechanical production systems that required significant development in a relatively short timeframe. As Program Manager I was concerned with Skylar’s relatively limited experience and the effect it might have on the program. My concerns were quickly put to rest as Skylar showed a level of professionalism and competence typically reserved for someone with far more experience and knowledge. Skylar performed tasks quickly and efficiently typically without the need for any direction. He was pleasant, professional, and proactive in all his written and verbal communication. He proved to be an invaluable part of the very successful program. I highly recommend Skylar for any position. I am confident he will be a tremendous asset to your company and will excel at any task he’s given. Should you have any questions or wish to speak with me personally about Skylar’s qualifications for a particular position, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern,

I unreservedly recommend Skylar Urban for any position that requires excellent communication skills, a problem solving ability, teamwork, and a great attitude.

Sincerely,
