Introduction

My name is Gilles Desplas, I’m a French startup creator with more than 25 years of

experience. In July 2013, based on our professional experience, my associate William

Maugein and I, decided to launch a digital marketing agency.

After a few month of activity and many customer meetings, it was clear that instead of

explaining how to give more money to Google or Facebook many people wanted

alternative solutions to do business on the web and specifically through social networks.

We found only one solution: Involve social network users in the loop !

Kissnshare, the crowd-selling machine was born !

- Gilles Desplas, CEO and Founder

Page 4: Kissnshare Pitch Deck 2016

Conclusion :

Companies have products to sell and social network users have the power to recommend: we must

create the rewarded online word-of-mouth.

Problem 2 :

Billions of social network users want to earn money by lending something they own, why not their ability

to share?

Problem 1 :

From small businesses to multinational companies,

they want to reach potential customers

through social networks.

Problems

Word-of-Mouth Marketing

Word of Mouth Marketing (WOMM). Isn’t this really the original social media platform? I grew up with thefamous Faberge commercial that showed a woman who “told 2 friends” about the product and how “theytold 2 friends … and so on … and so on”. Hasn’t WOM always been a powerful way to influence businessresults ?

How it Works – Workflow

Page 8: Kissnshare Pitch Deck 2016

How it Works – Enterprise Side

Once the deal is shared by Kissnshare users, the customer can follow the Deal’s statistics through his dedicated dashboard.

Kissnshare sets up a Deal’s conditions with a customer.A Deal represents a special offer on products, a negotiated commission for the platform and a time frame.

Kissnshare hosts a fully branded, short-lived, online store featuring the deal, it’s what we call a Popup store.

Page 9: Kissnshare Pitch Deck 2016

How it Works – User Side

Kissnshare generates a personal link to the deal’s popup store.

Users register on Kissnshare using their social network account.

The platform features the available deals and users select what they want to share.

Users can follow their sales through dedicated dashboard.

Users share their unique link with their friends, they earn cash when a sale is closed through their link.

How it Works – Technical Workflows

Each link for each user sharing the Deal is generated and recognized by the online store :
