1.  Building a statewide infrastructure

2. Developing a model with Marian College

• Small, liberal arts college with an entrepreneurial approach

• Licensing agent for the Indianapolis Teaching Fellows and Teach for America cadres for Indianapolis Public Schools

• Seeking ways to be of stronger service and a better resource to teachers in Central Indiana

Marian as PBS TeacherLine model

• Select TeacherLine courses to support the Fellows

• Add15 hours of content in classrooms

• Co-facilitate to embed courses into technology

• Provide face-to-face orientation

• Observe in the course

• Strong customer service

Win-Win-Win-Win

• Teachers gain self-selected content and quality courses unavailable from Marian

• Marian acquires new content, access to courses, with potential for facilitators and new markets – efficiently and cost-effectively

• TeacherLine earns a creditable partner, new model, and the potential for expansion into new markets

• TeacherLine is anchored more securely in Indiana
