Designs/Manages the specific furnishing of the spaces to custom fit where activities are to take place. These interior supplements are designed specific

for space, mood and the required function.

Specialty Product Design, Fabrication & Production of Furniture, Furnishings and Fixtures (FFF)


• Designs of movable FFF appropriate for different functions & given spaces and preparation of fabrication documents for production.

• Prepares the design, details and schedule of finishes complete with dimensions, specs for fabrication and workmanship.

Payment of FeesPayment of Fees



For projects of extensive detailing i.e. movable furniture, built-in equipment & special fittings

• Man Hours - based on per diem / per hour, inclusive of the ff:

overhead costs miscellaneous incidentals profit margin

level of the professionals talent, experience & expertise

Per hour/day, depending on actual time consumed, to include travel time and time away from the office

• Percentage Fee - ( depending on complexity of work )

• Lump Sum or Fixed Fee -

based on industry standard and complexity of work




For projects of extensive detailing i.e. movable furniture, built-in equipment & special fittings

The fee of the Interior Designer may or may not include the fee of the Consultant(s) needed for the work.

Should the client hire separately the services of other Consultants…

… fee of said consultant(s) shall be for the account of the Client and paid directly by them.

… in such case, the fee of the I.D. for coordinating the work and relating the work of these Consultants to his/her design concept, the I.D. deserves an additional 5% of the cost of the work.

The I.D. together with his/her consultants can be capable to design the interior space that answers the sophisticated demands

The I.D. together with the consultants, offer the following services

Acoustic, Lighting Communication & Electronic Design Layout Services


• Prepare drawings / specs for acoustic and lighting designs, sound & light control, sound insulation & communication system

• Assist the client in the bidding or negotiation of the work• Check & approve samples of materials & equipment, in relation to the

design• Conduct final inspection of work & equipment

• Assist the client to evaluate the amount due the Contractor

• prepares specs of electronic equipment

• Fee stated should include the fee of the consultants working with the I.D.

• If consultants are hired by client, fee of consultants shall come from the client. In such case, only 5% of the cost of work will be due the I.D.

From the I.D.’s concept of total environment, he/she is also concerned of the space in relation with the immediate

environment

for small projects, the I.D. alone can fulfill the task, but for large projects, it is highly recommended to hire

consultants to work with.

• prepares schedules of shrubs, tress and other plants

• assist the client in conducting bids/negotiations with landscape contractors
