    Hye Roller wraps can be made fresh with a variety of ingredients and sold for 48-72 hours

    Each Hye Roller sheet/pinwheel will yield approximately 12-15 slices

    Three Hye Rollers will make a generous party platter with up to 24-36 slices

    ALWAYS bring Hye Rollers to room temperature in sealed package before using

    If Hye Rollers were purchased frozen or refrigerated, allow bread to become soft and pliable by thoroughly defrosting in sealed bag before rolling your sandwiches

    Hye Roller bread can be refrigerated for up to eight weeks or stored frozen for up to six months

    ALWAYS seal ziploc on bag before refrigerating or freezing unused portion so the bread will not become dry or brittle

    If edges become brittle, because package was not sealed after storage simply mist lightly with tap water to restore soft pliable texture

    Use CREAM CHEESE as the base ingredient as mayonnaise quickly breaks down

    Add any condiment to cream cheese for base, such as mustard, jelly, favorite sauce or seasoning

    AVOID ingredients with liquids when preparing a day in advance

    Use dry spinach or other leafy vegetables -AVOID iceberg lettuce

    First, be sure to bring Hye Rollers to room temperature in a sealed plastic bag before using. Cover the entire round with cream cheese.

    Layer thinly sliced meat, sliced cheese, spinach, olives tomatoes, pepper rings, artichokes, etc. pizza style on HyeRoller. Leave about 4 inches at one end covered with cream cheese only.

    Begin at the end covered with filling and roll the bread as tightly as possible jelly-roll fashion. Roll toward the end with cream cheese only. Ingredients have a tendency to move down as you roll. Just tuck them under and keep rolling. The final roll with only the cream cheese acts as a seal.

    1 round Hye Roller soft cracker bread3 oz cream cheese6 oz thinly sliced turkey1 avocado thinly sliced1 tomato thinly sliced 1 ½ cups spinach8-10 strips crisp bacon, crumbled (optional)

    Cover the entire round of Hye Roller with cream cheese. Cover ¾ of Hye Roller with turkey, spinach, tomato, and avocado. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the other ingredients.     Toss together the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced peppers,avocado and sauce. Cover entire round of Hye Roller with cream cheese. Cover ¾ of Hye Roller with Romain lettuce leaves. Mound the chicken mixture evenly across the Hye Roller. Wrap tightly in burrito fashion. When ready to serve, cut in half diagonally and serve.

Sprinkle grilled vegetables on top of spinach pizza style. Rollup using the Hye Roller Wrap technique. Wrap HyeRoller in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later use or slice and serve immediately.     Cover ½ round of Hye Roller with strawberry cream cheese. Sprinkle chopped nuts over ¾ of cream cheese. Leave at least 1 ½ inches with cream cheese only. Alternating rows starting closest to where you will begin rolling, put half of the quartered banana across the Hye Roller, followed by a row of strawberries, then pineapple tidbits and repeat process with remaining fruit. Roll up using the Hye Roller Wrap technique. Sprinkle the coconut flakes over the fruit if desired. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for use later or slice and serve immediately. Best when used within 24 hours.
