1.Use Blue color broom and mopper for the Floor cleaning.

2. if require use water jets.

3.Clean toilet area by hard broom, mopper, duster, cloth & Chemical.

4. Ensure that liquid soap solution is available in the toilet.

5. Follow the safety Precautions while cleaning the floor.

. 6. At toilets use red color coded cleaning tools only.

7. Out side of processing hall use green color cleaning tools. In side the processing hall use

Blue color cleaning tools.

1.Remove the drainage frame covers and clean with water.

2.Clean the drainage area and flush out waste material.

3. The drainages are badly stained/soiled, use liquid soap cleaning solution for drainage cleaning.

4.For cleaning of drainage strainer, take out the wire mesh and clean with water jet and keep the strainer at respective place.

5.Collect the waste trapped material in red plastic crates and dispose the same to specified area.

6.Ensure the drainage area and frame covers are cleaned and then put back cleaned frame covers.

7. Where ever the drainage gutter are opened to outside arrange a mesh sieve for preventing the pest entry.

8. Apply disinfectant solution (Sodium Hypochlorite) whenever require for cleaning of drainage.

9. Monitor the effectiveness of the cleaning process through swab tests asper QA Plan.

10. If the results found unsatisfactory identify the root cause and Corrective action.

1.Use Helmet & safety belt while working at height.

2.Clean the walls with long broom & cloth or by wet mopper with liquid soap.

3.Clean the walls with water jet as and when required.

4. Clean the turbo ventilators with dry brush. .

5. Follow the master cleaning schedules for cleaning of false ceiling and walls.

1.Prepare detergent solution in a bucket by adding required quantity of detergent in water. 2.Pour the detergent solution in washing machine. 3.Put max. 50 dresses in the washing machine at a time. 4.Run the washing machine for 45-50 minutes. 5.Take out the dresses and put in Hydro extractor to squeeze out the free surface water. 6.Run the Hydro extractor as necessary. 7.Finally dry the dresses in Hot air drying machine. 8. The effectiveness of uniform shall be monitored through swan tests by QA.

1.Wash the hands & foot with clean water & disinfectant with hand sanitizer. 2.Wear the clean uniform. 3.Cover the head with cap. 4.Ensure 4” to 6” water level at bottom of tank while cleaning tank. 5.Enter barefoot in the water storage tank. 6.Clean the wall surfaces of tank by using nylon brushes. 7.Agitate water vigorously. 8.Drain out agitated water outside the tank through the drainage. 9.Start fresh water flow inside the tank and maintain the chlorine ppm at 20-50 and keep on agitation while draining out dirty water for 15 to 30 minutes. Spray the sodium hypochlorite on water tank walls also. 10.Close drain outlet after draining out dirty water. 11.Clean the nylon brushes & keep these at an identified place.

1. Arrange forklift / ladder and follow the safety instructions. 2. Clean false ceiling as per instruction.(CFPIL-5-HK-I7.2-42). 3. Dry clean roof angles by broom and then mop by wet cloth. 4. Clean electrical lamps by dry cloth. 5. Clean plant inside shutters by using cloth & wash outside shutters with the help of water. 6. Then dry clean by cloth on cables and cable trays by broom & then dry clean by cloth. 7. Wash window sieves by pressurized water. 8. Clean doors and windows partition by cloth. 9. Clean air ducts by using wet cloth. 10. Clean exhaust fan, AHU fan & coil cleaning by dry & wet cloth. 11. Collect sweepage (material) from dustbin and scrape bag & send to identified area. 12. Lockers cleaning by dry & wet cloth. 13. Clean chairs & dinning table with dry & wet cloth & water. 14. Waste hopper cleaning by water jet & hard broom. 15. Tiles cleaning by wet cloth with liquid soap. 16. Air curtain cleaning by Dry & wet cloth. 17. Canteen area dry & wet cleaning by broom, mopper & dry & wet cloth. 18. Clean Pest-o-Flash outer body Wet & Dry cloth under the supervision of food safety supervisor.

1) Add 100 ml disinfectant solution in one liter of water.

2) Use this water for mopping of floor twice in a day, before start the day and at the end of the day.
