El Dorado Hills Town Center is the emerging downtown

business district for El Dorado Hills and Western El Dorado County, 20

miles east of Sacramento. This all-new mixed-use downtown district is

pulling together a broad mix of uses including local and national retailers,

restaurants and cafés, a fourteen screen movie theatre, hotel, fitness club,

day spa, luxury car dealerships, offices, broad public plazas, fountains—and

Approximately 600,000 square feet of buildings are complete, including

Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills, the Longs anchored Marketplace at Town

Center, El Dorado Hills Sports Club and the El Dorado Hills Post Office.

More of these “Main Street” buildings will follow along Town Center

Boulevard, and will see the opening of Target and such restaurants as Chili’s,

Mikuni, Bistro 33, The Naked Lounge Coffee House, Cold Stone, and

more—high end women’s apparel independent boutiques, jewelry stores, a

The El Dorado Hills Town Center is a development of The

Mansour Company, and is the culmination of The Mansour Company’s

efforts commencing with its acquisition of 8,000 acres of El Dorado Hills

in 1979. Since then the Mansour Company has been responsible for most

of the planning of this outstanding world class community. In 1989 The

Mansour Company gained approval for the 3,500 acre El Dorado Hills

Specific Plan, including the Serrano community and Town Center.
