On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click the down arrow on the Shapes button to display the gallery of shapes.Click the desired shape, and drag to the desired position.

To format a shape, click the shape to select it and then under Drawing Tools click the Format tab.To apply a shape style, select one of the styles shown or click the More button in the Shapes Styles group and select the desired style.To format a shape manually, click one of these options: Shape Fill, Shape Outline, Change Shape, Shadow Effects, or 3-D Effects.

To size Clip Art:Select the clip. On the Format tab, under Picture Tools, in the Size group, click Height and reduce the size to the desired amount.
OrSelect the clip. Position your insertion point over one of the open circles around the image. When the pointer turns to a double-headed arrow, click and drag the image to your desired size.

Drop Cap
To apply a drop cap:
Select the letter to be enlarged and dropped; then on the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Drop Cap.Click either the Dropped or In margin option.
To remove a drop cap:Select the Dropped Cap; then on the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Drop Cap.Click None.
