Dermoelectroporation® means…• DERMOELECTROPORATION® means:

– Dermo = From preventive MicroDERMoabrasion.

– Electroporation = From the shape of the electrical pulses that are instead lowered in current - max 1mA- delivered on the dermis after microdermabrasion. These pulses that are similar in shape to the electroporation, are instead, completely different from those in value, time duration, electrical characteristics.

– utilizes the skin’s water based “channels” – Controlled “electroporation-like” continuous reversed polarity

electrical pulses (Average current value on the patient is zero).– Increase the skin permeability to allow transdermal delivery of

electrolysis effect of the ionic solution itself. –  Dermoelectroporation takes less time vs traditional

Ionthophoresis devices to deliver the same amount of ionic drug solution.
