FORTY 1° NORTHWELLNESS WEEK MINI-RETREAT
JANUARY 2020
NOURISHED: A WELLNESS RETREAT
Just in time to redefine your New Year’s Resolution, Slow down and nourish your mind, body and soul during this two day, two night retreat exploring simple and sustainable self-care practices with Katie Cavuto MS, RD, RYT.
OVERVIEWWhen we ask the question, “What do I need in this moment?”, the answer often falls under the umbrella of nourishment: Emotional nourishment and physical nourishment. Breath work, meditation and self-massage are all forms of nourishment as are our food choices, connection with others, connection with nature, sleep and movement.
Join Katie, January 24th-26th, 2020 at the Forty 1° North Hotel for a transformative and restorative two night mini-retreat in Newport, Rhode Island. Come ready to slow down and reflect as we explore simple and sustainable self-care practices to nourish the mind, body and soul.
It's incredibly empowering to understand our personal needs, especially in moments of distress. This allows us to care for ourselves in a meaningful and loving day. With simplicity as a foundation, this intimate retreat will offer women the opportunity to explore the nourishing principles of self-care and self-love through approachable practices including yoga, meditation, mindfulness, group talks and journaling exercises.
