As well as the dramatic backdrop of the Cathedral andCastle, there are many other pleasures to experience in the City. There are acres of tranquil woodland and peacefulparkland to enjoy, or take a stroll or row along the beautifulRiver Wear that winds its way around the City peninsula.Other University attractions include the Botanic Garden, theOriental Museum, and the Fulling Mill. The pleasant parklandcourse at Mount Oswald Golf Club is also nearby.

The University also benefits from its purpose-built Queen’sCampus at Stockton-on-Tees set in a prime watersidelocation in the heart of the Tees Valley.
