Raleigh Weston SylvesterWes Sylvester leads Sales/Business Development for Cisco Systems’ Internet of Things business in North America. In this role, Wes and his team work with Cisco’s manufacturing, transportation, utility, energy, and oil and gas customers to establish business case, architecture and integrated communications network strategies for a variety of delivery value chains. He is also the Global Energy Vertical Business Leader for Cisco’s Internet of Things Group. Wes comes to Cisco with almost a decade of energy and utility focused experience in multiple marketing and sales leadership roles; most recently as the Director of Smart Grid for Siemens Energy Inc. Wes holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MSOE in Milwaukee, and a MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, with a concentration in Strategy and Leadership.

Charlotte Ray RapuanoRay is commencing his 35th year in the Design and Construction Industry, is a registered Architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects since 1981. Ray has been in Corporate Real Estate development for corporate campuses since 1986, which include companies like Sun-Micro and Fujitsu/Amdahi. During his 17 year tenure at Cisco, Ray has been responsible for developing Cisco’s Real Estate portfolio, including campuses in RTP, Ottawa and Amsterdam. Currently, Ray is Americas Lead for Cisco’s S+CRE (Smart + Connected Real Estate) consulting practice.

Columbia Greg Smith Greg has twenty five years experience in building highly technical teams focused on delivering innovative business solutions to a variety of organizations. Greg’s career began in the late 1980’s as an independent Consultant, deploying solutions for small business (Novell, Windows, PC/Servers, Cabling) growing with the company until it’s sale in 2005. Greg has been a Cisco veteran since 2005 further developing highly successful technical teams. Greg’s strengths lie in leading technical teams and building operations that effectively accelerate sales.

Data CenterJose MartinezJose Martinez, CCIE #1690, is a Technical Leader Services for Server Virtualization products. He has over 18 years experience supporting customers in both pre & post-sales environments. Jose joined Cisco System in 1995 and has worked in multiple groups supporting different technologies including L2&L3 switches, voice gateways, Unified Communications (CallManager) and most recently Data Center technologies (including UCS, Nexus 5000 and Nexus100v). He has also presented in multiple Cisco Live as well as traveled around the US to provide seminars and tech talks about data center technology. Jim FrenchJim French has 16 years experience at Cisco Systems and 20 years experience in Information Technologies. Jim has been in the position of Distinguished System Engineer since early 2003 and holds CCIE and CISSP certifications. Since joining Cisco, he has had a number of focuses including routing, switching, voice, video, security, storage, content networking, application services, virtual desktop, and data center fabric automation. Primarily, Jim has been helping customers to decrease upfront capital investments in application infrastructure, reduce application operational costs, speed application time to market, increase application touch points (interactions), increase application availability, enhance application security, and improve application performance. Now, Jim is applying the accumulated experience across these diverse technologies to help customers achieve their cloud goals.

Nick FurmanNicholas (Nick) Furman is a solutions architect from Cisco Systems working for the INSBU sales and architecture group. Focusing presently on software defined networking, Nexus 9000, and Application Centric Infrastructure, Nick has worked at Cisco for over 7 years and been in IT for more then 13 years. Formally a TME in the Server Access and Virtualization Technology Group focusing on data center switching, storage networks, SDN, and compute technologies across the Nexus/MDS/UCS product portfolio. Prior to SAVTG, Nick worked as a CSE on the Global Enterprise Theatre System Engineering team - most specifically focused on large global accounts for the MDS/UCS/Nexus

technologies and solutions.

Marci has been in the Telephony industry for nearly 20 years, migrating from digital to IP Telephony as an early adopter in the late 1990’s. Donavan DolphDonavan has spent his 14 year career at Cisco Systems working with VoIP and Collaboration technology solutions. With an IT and operations background, Donavan understands what it takes to not only deploy complex UC solutions, but also efficiently support them long term. Donavan has spent the last four years supporting Cisco's Public sector customers across the south east.David NeustederA 17 year veteran Cisco working across multiple IT disciplines as IT engineer and architect. Derrick WilliamsDerrick Williams is a Consulting Systems Engineer within Cisco’s Unified Access - Mobility/Wireless practice. For nearly eight years, he has worked on designing and developing wireless networks on both sides of the country; initially starting his Cisco career on the West Coast helping to implement wireless solutions at companies such as Amazon and Apple.Derrick now resides in RTP, NC and provides technical pre-sales support for Cisco’s Select Commercial accounts across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Antonios HondroulisWith 15 years combined experience in Systems Development and Systems Engineering, and currently working as a CNG Wireless specialist at Cisco assisting customers and partners in the successful adoption of Cisco Meraki Cloud Networking technology. Antonios has held positions at HP-Labs, Cisco, Riverbed and recently Cisco-Meraki in the last 10 years.
