INTRODUCTION The International Conference on Robotics, Automotive Engineering, and Energy (ICRAEE) 2013, is organized by

the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, INC.) Aguascalientes Section and the Instituto

Tecnológico de Aguascalientes, the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, and the Universidad Tecnológica

de Aguascalientes. The technological community and the society has participated and enriched themselves with

knowledge, theory, and high level developments in the electrotechnological field.

This 1st edition of the ICRAEE has been structured with 10 plenary speakers, various technical sessions with the

participation of 5 countries in topics related to the areas of Robotics, Automotive Engineering and Energy

The included articles have been reviewed by the ICRAEE 2013 international technical committee.
