Francis Secondary School , Ntunduru Secondary School and Kilabela Secondary School . Much a s yo u kno w we ar e situate d i n Boman i are a jus t belo w Bloc k B . Ou r organisation starte d 199 4 wit h ver y fe w member s an d no w w e ar e thirt y liv e members al l of them females. W e are committed to changing Sengerema and this makes us feel happy when we receive a person like you who is ready to cooperat e in our development. Currently we have managed t o build our office whic h believe you certainly know and we are constructing a recreational hall. We have one posho mil l donated by USA Ambassador. We have unregistered savin g and credit with Bank balance of 1,200,000/= . We have been dreaming of building a girls hostel in order to do off with problems of accommodation for girls student in our secondary schools around. This has been a major problem in our community and we need expertise skill s to manage such a big project. We believe this can be done and we look forward your cooperation in this area.

I believe that now every one is eager to see construction of the hostel starts especially parents from distant villages who rent room s for their daughters . We assure you that we recognize the importanc e o f girls' hostel if you consider that gir l student s involv e themselve s i n sexua l activities . The y liv e withou t guardian s whic h i s dangerou s t o themselves and the community a s whole. However, there i s interference a s the Governmen t has issue d an order requiring ever y Ward t o construct a t leas t one Secondar y School and ensure that al l the pupil s who qualif y t o join For m one hav e enough classrooms. This demands ou r communit y t o construc t tw o Secondar y School s i n suc h shor t time . Yo u alread y kno w tha t ou r community i s heavil y engage d i n construction classroom s in Kilabel a Secondary School and construction o f ne w Mweli Secondary School will star t ver y soon . This is a very heavy commitment t o our community .
