    I. Phn tch ngun v ph ti.I.1. Ngun in.

    Khi thit k li in, vic u tin l cn phi nmbt c thng tin v ngun v ph ti. Do vy, phitin hnh phn tch nhng c im ca nguncung cp in v ph ti. Trn c s xc nhcng sut pht ca cc ngun cung cp v d kin ccphng n ni dy sao cho t c hiu qu kinh t -k thut cao nht.Li in cn thit k gm c hai ngun cung cp l hai

    nh my nhit in nm cch xa nhau 180 km

    cung cp in cho 9 ph ti. i vi cc nhmy nhit in, cc my pht in lm vic n nhkhi ph tiP 70%Pm, khi ph ti P < 30%Pm th ccmy pht ngng lm vic. Cng sut pht kinh t cacc my pht nhit in thng nm trong khong (80-85)%Pm.

    Da vo s b tr cc ph ti cng nh cng sut ca

    cc ph ti v v tr cng nh cng sut ca hai nh myin ta c nh hng c bn nh sau:

    NI pht cho cc ph ti: 1,2,3,4,5

    NII pht cho cc ph ti: 6,7,8,9

    Do nh my NI c cng sut t 200MW cn nh myNII c cng sut t 150MW, nn ta s dng nh my NI

    pht ch o cho cc ph ti phn cn li do nh my NIIcung cp. Do NI pht cng sut kh ln ng thi do phti phn b kh rng, gim tn tht cng sut v tntht in p ta chn ng dy lin lc gia hai nh my si qua 1 ph ti.

    II. Chn in p nh mc ca mng in.

    Ptd =%( Pmax + Pmd)= 8%(246+24,6) = 21,648 MW

    Pdt: Tng cng sut d tr, ly bng cng sut phtca t my ln nht, nu nh hn (10-15)% Ppt th lybng (10-15)% Ppt.

    15%. Ppt = 15%.246 = 36,9 MW < 50 MW

    Vy ta ly cng sut d tr bng cng sut 1 t my

    Pdt = 50 MWSuy ra: Pyc = 246 + 24,6 + 21,648 + 50 = 342,248 MW

    Nh vy PF > Pyc ngun in kh nng cung cpcho ph ti ngay c khi mt t my b s c.

    Suy ra: Qyc = 152,52 + 22,878 + 16,236 + 31 = 222,634 MVAr

    Nh vy QF < Qyc cng sut phn khng do cc nguncung cp khng cho nhu cu cng sut phn khng caph ti nn ta phi b s b.

    III. B s b cng sut phng khng:S thiu ht cng sut phn khng ng hng trc tip

    n cht lng in nng, do vic t cc thit b btrong h thng in l ht sc cn thit. Tuy nhin y khi nh hng nhiu n kt qu la chn dy dn,my bin p, tnh ton tn tht in nng ca mng in,ta d kin b s b trn nguyn tc: u tin cho cc h xac cos thp v b n khong cos = 0,95.

    Tng cng sut phn khng phi b:

    QB = Qyc - QF = 222,634 - 217 = 5,634 MVArTrong trng hp ny lng cng sut phn khng phi b

    khng ln lm nn ta ch b cho ph ti 5 c khong cchn ngun xa nht l5=106,3km.

    Ch ng 3 :thnh lp cc phng n li in tnhton k thut cc phng n

    I. D kin phng thc vn hnh cc nh my in:

    Phng thc vn hnh cc nh my in trong h thngphi tha mn iu kin vn hnh kinh t nhm mc chgim chi ph in nng.

    Vic xc nh phng thc vn hnh bao gm: d kins t my lm vic v cng sut pht ca cc nh myin trong cc ch vn hnh khc nhau.1. Ch ph ti max:

    PI-F = 85%.200 = 170 MW

    Cng sut pht ln h thng ca nh my in II vokhong:

    PII-HT = Pptmax + Pptmax - PI-HT

    = 246 + 10%.246 - 156,4 = 114,2 MW

    Cng sut pht ca nh my in II vo khong:PII-F = PII-HT + PII-td = 114,2 + 8%.PII-F

    PII-F = 92,02,114

    = 124,13 MW

    Nh vy nh my in II s pht vo khong %100.150

    PII-HTmin = PPTmin + PPTmin - PI-HTmin

    = 123 + 10%.123 - 68,08 = 67,22 MWCng sut pht ca nh my in II vo khong:

    PII-Fmin = PII-HTmin + PII-tdmin = 67,22 + 8%.PII-F

    PII-Fmin = 92,022,67

    = 73,07 MW

    II. Phng php chung tnh ton k thut cc phng n.

    1. Phng php chung tnh chn dy dn v cc tiuchun k thut.Tit din dy dn ca mng in cn phi c chn

    sao cho chng ph hp vi quan h ti u gia chi ph u t

    xy dng ng dy v chi ph v tn tht in nng.Xc nh quan h ti u ny l vn kh phc tp v trthnh bi ton tm tit din dy dn tng ng vi cc chiph qui i nh nht. Nhng trong thc t ngi ta thngdng gii php n gin hn xc nh tit din dydn. l phng php chn tit din dy dn theo mt kinh t ca dng in. chn tit din dy dn theomt kinh t ca dng in trc ht cn xc nh Jkt ,sau tnh tit din kinh t theo cng thc:

    2. Phng php chung tnh ton k thut cc phngn.

    Tnh dng in chy trn cc nhnh. Nu l mch vngkn th phi tnh phn b cng sut.

    Tnh tit din kinh t.Chn tit din tiu chun gn nht.Kim tra iu kin vng quang, nu tit din dy

    chn < 70 mm2 th phi chn dy c tit din = 70 mm2

    Kim tra iu kin pht nng khi s c t mt mchca ng dy kp hoc t mt ng dy trong mchvng kn. Nu l ng dy lin lc gia 2 nh my thphi kim tra 2 trng hp: t mt mch ca ng dy linlc v trng hp s c mt t my.
