I was working as a senior software developer in an international logistics company in Turkey until 23 September 2019. I havemoved to Tromsø, Norway at 25th of September 2019. Because, I have married in December 2018 in Tromsø, and I came here after gotthe family immigration visa and required permissions. But we have decided to divorce end of the March 2020. My resident and workpermit valid until 21th October 2020.

Now, I am searching a suitable job in IT area. I can work on development positions, and other IT positions (IT Administrationand Support, Virtualization, Server Administration, DevOps, DB Administration).

I am working as a remote developer and IT consultant for one of the my past employers Beks Socks and Underwear companysince October 2019. This is a fixed priced temprorary job for me until get a job in Norway and this job provides income for my expenses.

My primary skills on software development area. I can develop console apps, cross platform mobile apps and web applications(WCF – RESTful – ASP.NET MVC - Blazor) with .Net Technologies on Cloud and premises. I am interested serverless cloud technologies.My latest focus subject is Microsoft Blazor Server and Client technology, and I am trying to use it on my current developments.

I have good experiences on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP. I was trying to get AWS certification before come to Norway. But,according to the valid reports Norway largely uses Microsoft Azure. For the reason, I gave my direction to MS Azure side. I am alwaystracking latest technologies on cloud side. I can analyze, plan, install and manage almost all ICT hardware and software systems fromedge to edge. I am using win and linux app services, and I can configure Vnets with VPN Gateways.

My scope is wide, and I have experiences both legacy and latest IT subjects. I have lots of experiences on Windows client andserver operating systems since Windows 95 and Windows NT, also I have established and managed thin and thick clients in my pastpositions. Also, I have linux server experiences such as Graylog, ElasticSearch, Kibana installation, .Net core deployment configurationand managing operations.

I have used almost all Citrix virtualization products such as XenServer, XenApp, XenDesktop, XenClient, XenReceiver. Beside ofCitrix, I have experiences on other brands technologies such as NComputing Clients, Wyse thin clients, VMWare servers and MicrosoftHyper-V Server.

Bony - Sockssoft Project Details:

The company from another software company, has bought a software program called Raptex. This program had, loss of data, inability desired operations, licensing costs, reporting, and consisted of the problems due to

technical difficulties. As a result of the Company's management decided it was decided to develop in-house software. In this process, I was transferred to Bony Textile Co., Ltd.

Analysis has been initiated in the beginning of 2005. The project was completed at the end of the analyzes. Tested and

commissioned some of the modules in production. Project at the factory or at home, in shops, mobile devices, and with the support of the Citrix Receiver can be used in mobile phones online.

Number of active users is around 250. Under the project, 32 - to 64-bit x86 architecture XE2 Embarcadero CodeGear Delphi

language is used.Native Windows Mobile application for Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 C # - Net Compact Framework 2.0 language used. The database used in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. Many different brands and models of electronic scales in the factory with the weight data entry by providing automated communication through RS232 protocol.

Begrunnelse

Det første studieåret av en høyere utdanning fra Tyrkia kan ikke godkjennes som høyere

utdanning i Norge, jf. studiekvalitetsforskriften § 6-1 (1). Det er fordi opptakskravet for norske

universiteter og høgskoler er videregående skole fra dette landet og ett års universitetsutdanning.

NOKUT kan ikke godkjenne utdanning nr. 3 og nr. 4 som likestilt med en norsk mastergrad,

fordi de ikke oppfyller kravet til selvstendig arbeid (jf. NOKUTs kriterier for godkjenning av

mastergrader) og kravet til omfang. Kravet til omfang er minst fem års godkjennbar høyere

utdanning, enten mastergrad som bygger på en bachelorgrad, eller en lengre, integrert grad, jf.

NOKUTs kriterier for godkjenning av mastergrader.

Det norske gradssystemet

I det norske gradsystemet er høyskolekandidatgrader normert til 2 år / 120 studiepoeng og

bachelorgrader til 3 - 4 år / 180-240 studiepoeng. Integrerte mastergrader er normert til 5 år / 300

studiepoeng. Mastergrader som bygger på bachelorgrader er normert til 1-2 år / 60-120

studiepoeng. Doktorgrader (ph.d.) er normert til 3 år. De gis ikke uttelling i studiepoeng. I norsk

høyere utdanning tilsvarer ett års fulltidsstudier 60 studiepoeng, og ett semester tilsvarer 30

studiepoeng.

Lovgrunnlaget for generell godkjenning

Vedtaket er fattet i henhold til universitets- og høyskoleloven § 3-4.

Klage

Du har rett til å klage på vedtaket, jf. forvaltningsloven § 28. Klagen må sendes til NOKUT

innen 3 uker. Hvis NOKUT vurderer at vedtaket ikke skal omgjøres, sendes klagen til en ekstern klagenemnd oppnevnt av Kunnskapsdepartementet.

Klagenemnda kan bare vurdere om NOKUT har gjort feil i saksbehandlingen (f.eks. brukt

lovverket feil eller brutt prinsipper for god forvaltning). Det betyr at Klagenemnda ikke kan

endre NOKUTs vurdering av lengden (omfanget) på utdanningen, hvilket nivå den ligger på (bachelor-, master- eller ph.d.) eller om du har fått gradslikestilthet. Klagenemnda kan heller

ikke gjøre om vurderingene til NOKUTs sakkyndige. Hvis du klager på noe av dette, vil

Klagenemnda avvise klagen.

You have received an assessment of your foreign education from NOKUT. Here you will find information about the assessment and your options. The Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (NOKUT) Recognition of foreign qualifications can be done by different authorities, depending on the purpose of the recognition. NOKUT’s mandate includes assessing foreign higher education qualifications for general recognition and providing information about all the recognition and authorisation schemes for foreign education in Norway. Recognition by NOKUT is done in accordance with international treaties that Norway has ratified, including the Lisbon Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education in the European Region. What does general recognition mean? General recognition is an academic approval of a foreign higher education programme. The recognition is system-based, meaning that the foreign education programme is assessed in relation to the Norwegian degree system. The decision describes the scope and level of the education programme, i.e. how many credits it confers and whether it is comparable to a Norwegian degree (university college graduate, bachelor, master or PhD). The assessment is a legally binding decision. What NOKUT assesses in the recognition process:

x the formal status (accreditation) of the educational institution and the qualification in the country where the applicant studied

x the scope and level of the education What NOKUT does not assess:

x education programmes that are not recognised as higher education programmes in the country where the applicant studied

x education at the upper secondary level (craft or journeyman’s certificate)

Some explanations Assessment of foreign master’s degrees in Norway Foreign master’s degree programmes can have a different structure from Norwegian master’s degree programmes. Both the length of the programme and the scope of the independent work may vary. NOKUT can grant recognition of a foreign qualification as equivalent to an accredited Norwegian master’s degree, if it is a completed master’s degree or other graduate degree in addition to meeting the following criteria:

1. The higher education must normally have a length of study of 5 years/300 credits, either as separate degrees or as an integrated degree.

2. The degree must comprise a piece of independent work. 3. The degree must qualify for admission to doctoral/PhD studies in the country of study.

Master’s degrees that do not meet the requirements will be awarded a certain number of credits on master’s level. Accreditation of education/educational institution: Public approval of an education programme/educational institution granted by a body that has been authorised for accreditation by the competent authorities in the country where the education was taken.

The Norwegian Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning (NQF)

A university college graduate degree is based on a two-year programme, while a bachelor’s degree is based on a three-year programme. A master’s degree is based on a bachelor’s degree. It is normally based on a two-year programme and comprises an independent thesis. A PhD degree is normally awarded on completion of a three-year organised doctoral degree programme.

Higher education in Norway: One year’s full-time study corresponds to 60 credits. The following degree programmes are currently offered in Norway:
