Mainly bundles for adoption and children cases ready for the court hearing. Scanning post from various teams incoming post being insurance, environment, advocacy, place, property, projects & children. We also have another scanner for guardians post.Opening incoming & guardians post which then need to be referenced, scanned onto visual files and handed to the individual case worker.Sorting out reprographics, court bundles that have been copied and returned. Which we then have to put it in the correct colour folder the differences being adoption, court, working bundle General everyday offices tasks: faxing, contacting work collogues, IT and others though Lync a online telephone and messenger, working with visual files, dealing with spreadsheets on a daily basis, printing, photo copying and supporting the teams and caseworkers tasks we are asked to do.
