invoices by e-mail which is projected to save the company $1.3 million dollars over five years in postage and material costs.

Successfully led the 2013 annual billing campaign which consisted of accurately billing out over 292,000 invoices for a total receivables amount of $200 million dollars.

Directed and automated the month end closing process for the department, covering 20 vacation ownership properties and posting journal entries into SAP. Automation via macros and Microsoft Excel formulas resulted in cutting close time from two days to two hours.
