Make sure that you Show Up first– then consider if/where/how you might want to spend advertising dollars but do this FIRST.

• Be YOU – show your personality!

• Don’t just talk numbers – whether that’s production, time in the business or anything else. Tell a story.

• Tell the client why they should care about what you’re saying…i.e. so you’re a Corporate Relocation Specialist – why do I care? Explain the benefit to the client.

• Don’t be afraid to talk about a specialty – First Time Homebuyers, Condos/Lofts, Seniors, etc.
