Other Sources of Data
What is the disaggregated status of our populati ons per subject matt er? Reading? Math? Writi ng?
Achievement? Profi cient and Advanced? Growth?
What are the trends with these populati ons over the last 3-5 years?
Where are students showing accelerated growth?
How do these results compare to students without disabiliti es?
Where are the most signifi cant gaps?
Sample Questions to Ask
Fidelity & Achievement: RtI
For s i tes , at the h ighest leve l o f implementati on ( i .e . opti miz ing) across components on the Rt I rubr ic , l i teracy scores were substanti al ly h igher then other schoo ls w i th lower leve ls o f fi de l i ty o f implementati on.
The rubr ic ser ves as an eff ecti ve too l to gauge successfu l R t I implementati on and to improve program des ign at the c lassroom, schoo l , and d ist r i c t leve l s .
For e lementary and middle schools , roughly a three to fi ve po int ga in on the PB IS fi del i ty measure (BoQ ) predicts a 1% increase in math and reading profi c iency scores on the CSAP.
The relati onship between fi delity scores and math achievement is stronger than that observed for reading.
The PBIS fi delity of implementati on tools (i.e. the SET and BoQ) serve as eff ecti ve tools to gauge successful RtI implementati on and to improve program design at the classroom, school, and district levels.

The Audit Tool is a simple form that clarifies the data available to sites and ties that data back to the UIP goal.
The form identifies: Data Source Purpose (fidelity or outcome) Frequency of Collection Frequency of Review Who has access? Which team reviews? Relation to UIP Goal Intended Outcomes
