Business Rates Consultancy

Business Rates are a local property tax based onrental value and charged on all non-domesticproperty. We provide a professional service tominimise this cost for ratepayers, in both the publicand private sectors.

The basis for rates charge is the rateable value,reviewed every five years. A successful appealreduces the rateable value, lowering rates costsduring the five year life of a rating list. We will alsoadvise on the full effective use of allowances,exemptions and deletions. Rates now apply in full forempty property.
