EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This internship report is based on Financial Performance activities that take place in the Dhopadighirpar Branch and on the overall financial performance of the Export Import Bank of Bangladesh Ltd (EXIM). Based on three types of ratios namely:profitability, liquidity, And Activity Ratio. In addition to the above it contains an overview of the organization as a whole and the tasks that have been performed as part of the role of an intern.In this report, I have shown background of the study, objectives of the study, scope, methodology, limitations of the study. In Second Chapter, I have given some information about banking industry in Bangladesh. In chapter three, I have given EXIM Bank Limited at a glance, in fourth Chapter I have showed general description of each task completed. In fifth Chapter I have discussed about application of academic knowledge into work field. In Sixth Chapter I have showed Evaluation of Financial Performance of EXIM Bank LTD. In Finally I have showed at Last chapter, finding of the study and recommendation, SOWT analysis of EXIM Bank Limited, Conclusion. The End of the Report I have given about some of the bibliography, some of acronyms and references. All the financial ratios of EXIM Bank have shown positive changes except for the profitability ratios. So EXIM Bank needs to focus on improving this particular ratio.
