To identify the opportunities for building and sustaining partnerships for innovative services with the support of the Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program:

Study existing partnerships of GLB target libraries Collect and distribute partnership ideas, experience and good

practices Identify strategic national and local level partners for adoption

of new services Support libraries in building new partnerships

Activities:

Meetings with representatives of government administration to identify partnership initiatives for adoption of new services

District meetings for librarians and local community representatives on partnership topics

Development of materials (brochures, presentations, videos) on successful partnerships
