Summary November proved challenging for Torrance real estate investors as totals sales dropped 3.3%, median sales price fell 7.2%, net listings decreased 15.3%, and median days to sell jumped 15.8%. The sales-listing ratio did, however, improve by 14.2%. Year-over-year months of inventory metric shrunk 66.7% from November 2015 to 2016.
