Join Mark Heap as the effervescent, aristocratic fool Bertie Wooster and Robert Webb as his dutiful valet, Jeeves in the new stage play ‘Perfect Nonsense’ featuring P.G. Wodehouse’s iconic double act. When a perfectly delightful trip to the countryside takes a turn for the worse, Bertie Wooster is unwittingly called on to play matchmaker – reconciling the affections of his host’s drippy daughter Madeline Bassett with his newt-fancying acquaintance Gussie Fink-Nottle. If Bertie, ably assisted by the ever-dependable Jeeves, can’t pull off the wedding of the season he’ll be forced to abandon his cherished bachelor status and marry the ghastly girl himself!

Coach leaves Mortimer (St John’s Church car park) promptly at 4.30pm for an 19.30pm show time.

The Small Print: Terms and Conditions

Cheques should be made payable to Mortimer Village Partnership. Cheques and completed booking forms should be delivered to Rebecca Barker at 12 Loves Wood, Mortimer, RG7 2JX

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the booking and return all monies if an insufficient number of people have not confirmed and paid for their tickets by the date advertised. No cancellations or refunds can be accepted after this date as the show tickets and coach costs will have been paid for.

Show tickets will be handed out on the coach.

The coaches will leave promptly at the time stated. Please arrive in good time – we will not wait. There is no refund if you miss the coach.

Please be aware that there must be no food or drink consumed on the coach.

All attendees must have sufficient mobility to allow them to get on and off the bus and into the show under their own steam.

The cost of the ticket includes a sum for administration costs and the drivers tip. There is also a small donation towards MVP running costs - this figure is no more than 10% of the ticket price.
