2015 – Present Training Systems Analyst
Scope:
To administrate all Training systems such as LMS, CAT & TRACCESS Software and facilitate its correct usage and implementation in accordance to the learning and development program and processes within the company. Also to support the Training & Development team and customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure the compliance to EHSS requirement.
1. Understand and achieve COMPANY EHSS objectives.
2. Ensure compliance to COMPANY EHSS policies and regulatoryrequirement.
3. Attend and facilitate monthly EHSS meeting in department.
4. Report any unsafe condition (UCR), unsafe behavior & near miss.
5. Learn and share information of incident reports.

MANAGEMENT: MANAGEMENT:
Administration & Management of LMS System
1. Create and add training courses, classes in LMS2. Manage to add the yearly schedule plan of the in-house training
courses of COMPANY. 3. Provide report for SHEM training compliance as per approved SHEM
training matrix from LMS. 4. Prepare and sent the confirmation and reminder email to nominees
for the training course as per LMS enrollment. 5. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly LMS training report and send
to all the department. 6. Support to end user how to enroll and drop the courses and also
send email and follow-up with LMS support team if employees face LMS related issue.
7. Follow-up with all instructors to conduct the training session toavoid for reschedule.
8. Follow the training procedure/guideline for all the courses asper eligibility.
9. Support to prepare the in-house training schedule and plan(yearly basis) as per the target employees.
10. Follow-up to prepare visitor gate with Security Department forthe outside vendor who want deliver the training session.
