Building Features

A new owner will benefit from the existing AT&T cell tower located on the roof of the building. The current rent is $2,160 per month. The lease commenced June 1, 2014 and expires June 1, 2024. There are three (3) five (5) year options remaining. The rent for each option increases by 8.0%.
