平成２６年度市町村民経済計算結果の概要 特 集

市町村民経済計算とは、国の国民経済計算、県の県民経済計算の市町村版にあたるもので、県内の「各市町村の１年間（会計年度）の経済活動の実態を総合的にとらえた経済指標」です。１年間に各市町村の経済活動によって生み出された価値(付加価値)について、「生産」「分配」の２つの側面から総

合的に把握したものです。

１．市町村別の総生産の動き平成２６年度の群馬県経済は、消費税率引上げの影響を受け、４－６月期に民間最終消費支出が落ち込みを見せ、ま

た資本形成についても民間住宅投資が大きく落ち込むなど、県内需要は、１年を通じて全国と同様に力強さに欠ける動きとなった。しかし、本県の基幹産業である製造業は、海外での販売が好調であった輸送機械製造業などを中心に活発な生産活動

を続け、県内経済を牽引した。

平成２６年度の市町村内総生産は、３５市町村の合計で８兆５５億円、対前年度比２.６％増（平成２５年度は、３.９％増）となった。これを市町村別にみると、２１市町村で前年度を上回り、１４市町村で前年度を下回った。

２．地域別市町村内総生産平成２６年度の市町村内総生産を地域別にみると、吾妻地域（０．５％減）以外の地域で増加した。増加率が最も大

きかったのは東部地域（５.０％増）で、次いで利根沼田地域（１.８％増）となっている。これを産業別にみると、第１次産業はすべての地域で減少した。減少率が最も大きかったのは、利根沼田地域（２.４

％減）と東部地域（２．４％減）で、次いで中部地域（２.２％減）となっている。内訳をみると、農業はすべての地域で減少し、林業は３地域で増加、水産業は全ての地域で増加した。第２次産業は、吾妻地域（６．５％減）以外のすべての地域で増加した。増加率が最も大きかったのは、東部地域

（９.０％増）で、次いで利根沼田地域（５.５％増）となっている。内訳をみると、製造業はすべての地域、鉱業は４地域で増加し、建設業はすべての地域で減少した。第３次産業は、４地域で増加した。増加率が最も大きかったのは、吾妻地域（０.６％増）で、次いで西部地域と利根

沼田地域（０.５％増）となっている。内訳をみると、電気・ガス・水道・廃棄物業はすべての地域で増加し、政府サービス生産者は４地域、不動産業、サービス業は３地域、運輸業、情報通信業は１地域で増加、卸売・小売業、金融・保険業、対家計民間非営利サービス生産者はすべての地域で減少した。

市町村内総生産は、総資本形成に係る消費税控除及び輸入品に課される税・関税加算後のため、各産業の計とは一致しない。

３．市町村民所得の動き平成２６年度の市町村民所得は、３５市町村の合計で６兆１９２３億円で、対前年度比０．９％増（平成２５年度は、

５.１％増）となった。これを市町村別にみると、２４市町村で前年度を上回り、１１市町で前年度を下回った。

４．項目別市町村民所得市町村民所得を項目別にみると、雇用者報酬

は、賃金・俸給、雇主の社会負担ともにしたため、全体で０.９％増加した。次に財産所得（非企業部門）をみると、一般

政府、家計、対家計民間非営利団体のすべてが増加したため、全体で５.３％の増加となった。また、企業所得は、民間法人企業、公的企業

がともに増加し、個人企業が減少しており、全体で０.１％の増加となった。

在の総人口で除したものをいう。従って、１人当たり市町村民所得は、個人の所得（給与）水準を表すものではな

く、企業の利潤なども含む市町村経済全体の所得水準を表すものである。

６．地域別市町村民所得

平成２６年度の市町村民所得を地域別にみると、４地域で増加した。増加率が最も大きかったのは東部地域（２.９％

増）で、次いで西部地域（１.０％増）となっている。

これを項目別にみると、雇用者報酬はすべての地域で増加した。増加率が最も大きかったのは東部地域（１.８％増）

で、次いで吾妻地域（１.１％増）となっている。

次に財産所得をみると、すべての地域で増加した。 増加率が最も大きかったのは中部地域（５.４％増）で、次いで

西部地域、東部地域（５.３％増）となっている。

企業所得は、２地域で増加した。増加率が最も大きかったのは東部地域（４.５％増）で、次いで西部地域（１.０％

増）となっている。
