【平成３０年住宅・土地統計調査群馬県結果の概要(土地集計)】

※鉱工業指数については、毎年一回年間補正を行い、前年の１月から最新公表月までの指数値を訂正・公表している。この際には、ほぼ全面的に対象期間の指数値が訂正されるため、特に「ｒ」は付していない。

平成３０年住宅・土地統計調査群馬県結果の概要（土地集計）

本集計結果は、世帯が所有している住宅及び土地の所有状況や世帯が所有している現住居

の敷地以外の宅地などの取得方法、利用現況、所在地などについて、「平成 30 年住宅・土地

統計調査土地集計」（令和２年３月２７日総務省統計局公表）から本県に関する内容を抜

粋して構成したものです。

【用語の解説】

○普通世帯：住居と生計を共にしている家族などの世帯をいう。家族と一緒に間借りや同居

している世帯及び一人で一戸を構えて暮らしている世帯も「普通世帯」とした。住宅に住む

同居世帯や住宅以外の建物に住む世帯の場合は、家族と一緒に住んでいたり、寮・寄宿舎の

管理人の世帯であれば「普通世帯」とした。

○現住居の敷地を所有している世帯：現在居住している住居の敷地を所有している世帯をい

う。なお、ここでいう「所有している」とは、住居の敷地に係る不動産の登記簿上の名義（共

有名義を含む。）が、当該住居に居住する世帯員となっている場合をいう。

○現住居の敷地以外の土地を所有している世帯：現在居住している住居の敷地のほかに土地

を所有している世帯をいう。なお、ここでいう「所有している」とは、登記の有無にかかわら

ず世帯員がその土地の固定資産税を納付している場合をいい、世帯員が相続する予定の土地

について相続手続中の場合も「所有している」とした。

○現住居の敷地以外の宅地などを所有している世帯：現住居の敷地以外の土地を所有してい

る世帯のうち、「農地」又は「山林」以外の土地を所有している世帯をいう。なお、ここでい

う「宅地など」には、住宅用地や事業用地のほか、原野、荒れ地、池沼なども含む。

○現住居の敷地以外の宅地などの所在地：世帯が所有している現住居の敷地以外の宅地などの

所在地を次のとおり区分した。

現住居と同じ市町村：現在住んでいる住居と同じ市町村

自県内：現在住んでいる住居と同じ県内の他市町村

他県：現在住んでいる住居と異なる都道府県

１世帯が所有している土地の状況

普通世帯（798,000 世帯）のうち、現住居の敷地を所有している世帯は 472,000 世帯で、

普通世帯に占める割合は 59.1％となっている。

また、現住居の敷地以外の土地を所有している世帯は 144,000 世帯（普通世帯に占める割

合 18.0％）となっており、このうち現住居の敷地以外の宅地などを所有している世帯は

92,000 世帯（同 11.5％）となっている。

現住居の敷地を所有している世帯について、家計を主に支える者の年齢階級別に割合をみ

ると、年齢階級が高くなるほど所有している世帯の割合が高くなる傾向となっており、「55

～59 歳」から「85歳以上」までの区分ではいずれも 65％以上となっている。

また、現住居の敷地以外の土地を所有している世帯についてみると、こちらも同様の傾向

となっており、「55～59 歳」から「85 歳以上」までの区分ではいずれも 20％以上となってい

る（図 1-1）。

現住居の敷地を所有している世帯について、世帯の年間収入階級別に割合をみると、年間

収入階級が高くなるほど所有している世帯の割合が高くなる傾向となっており、「700～1000

万円未満」で 70％、「1000～1500 万円未満」で 80％を超えている。

また、現住居の敷地以外の土地を所有している世帯についてみると、「700 万円未満」では

ほぼ横ばい、「700～1000 万円未満」では 20％を超えている（図 1-2）。

現住居の敷地を所有している世帯について、家計を主に支える者の従業上の地位別に割合

をみると、「自営業主」が 82.1％と最も高く、次いで「無職」が 78.2％、「雇用者」が 61.2％

となっている。また、現住居の敷地以外の土地を所有している世帯についてみると、こちら

も同様の傾向となっており、「自営業主」が 42.9％と最も高くなっている（図 1-3）。

２世帯が所有している現住居の敷地以外の宅地などの状況

現住居の敷地以外の宅地などを所有している世帯について、１世帯当たり所有件数をみ

ると 1.6 件となっている。これを世帯の年間収入階級別にみると、「2000 万円以上」では

2.0 件と最も高くなっている（図 2-1）。

現住居の敷地以外の宅地などの所有件数について、取得方法別に割合をみると、「相

続・贈与で取得」が 62.0％と最も高く、次いで「個人から購入」が 24.8％、「会社・都

市再生機構(UR)などの法人から購入」が 9.9％などとなっている（図 2-2）。

現住居の敷地以外の宅地などの所有件数について、利用現況別に割合をみると、「住

宅用地・事業用地」が 96.7％、「その他（原野など）」が 3.3％となっている。このうち

「住宅用地・事業用地」について、その内訳をみると、「主に建物の敷地として利用」

が 63.6％と最も高く、次いで「利用していない（空き地）」が 18.6％となっている（表

2）。

現住居の敷地以外の宅地などの所有件数について、所在地別に割合をみると、「現住

居と同じ市町村」が 82.1％と最も高く、次いで「自県内」が 11.4％、「他県」が 6.5％

となっている（図 2-3）。
